Torneremo sicuramente!!!
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, praticamente sulla spiaggia.
Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
Parcheggio assegnato all'interno del villaggio.
La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, giardino attrezzato per mangiare all'esterno.
Lavanderia a gettoni,parafarmacia e ristorante all'interno del villaggio.

All'arrivo lo Staff non ha comunicato il Wi-fi e in camera non era scritto da nessuna parte come accedere. Dopo le 22 e fino alle 8 della mattina non c'era modo di parlare con nessuno. In camera la linea internet (personale,) non prendeva e anche la ricezione telefonica era scarsa. La mattina alle 8:30 è andata via l'acqua, e dallo staff ci è stato risposto che probabilmente era un disservizio comunale. Cosa piuttosto improbabile perché sarebbero stari avvisati dal comune e quindi ci avrebbero potuto avvisare in tempo e fornire dell'acqua nelle camere per sopperire a questo disagio. Probabilmente il problema è interno e non hanno saputo come rispondere e fornire alternative. Di fatto noi non abbiamo neanche potuto lavarci i denti e bere. Non ci è stata offerta nessuna acqua in sostituzione, se non la possibilità di utilizzare il bagno dello staff, da dove "usciva ancora acqua".
In aggiunta, ma meno gravi di quanto esposto sopra:
- no asciugamani da bidè
- saponi solo per 1 ospite (richiesti e dati in aggiunta);
- mancanza phon;
- 1 solo rotolo carta igienica;
- 1 sola coperta.

Le ragazze della reception,gentilissime , ho avuto un problema il primo giorno e si sono date subito da fare. La piscina veramente pulita e l' idromassaggio era fantastico 😍 i due bagnini erano molto efficienti e gentili. Il bar della piscina ottimo sia per le colazioni che per i pranzi.La spiaggia vicinissima era limpidissima. Una menzione speciale per le ragazze delle pulizie 😍grazie da Gioia e Daisy , il giardinetto privato veramente utile per noi con due cagnoni

Séjour agréable la residence SOLIDAGO doit vraiment améliorer les points durs (Literie ; fenetre)
Pros:

Pas de renseignements fournis le soir de notre arrivée sur la mise à disposition de petits dejeuners le matin ; donc nous n'avons jamais pris de petits déjeuner dans votre residence Solidago.

Cons:

Dans l'appartement n°126, la fenetre Hublot laissait passer le jour et la lumière du palier et des escaliers toute la nuit. Difficile de dormir dans de bonnes conditions.

Dans la chambre à 2 lits de 90x190 cm , les matelas étaient beaucoup trop mous pour des adultes. Nous étions 4 adultes et finalement il y avait uniquement les 2 canapes lit qui étaient confortable pour le coucher.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Hübsches Apartment, wir hatten eines im Obergeschoss mit Terrasse. Es war alles da und was man braucht und der Weg zum Strand waren fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Auch der Ausblick war schön. Es gab einen Aufzug und Parken war in einem Seitenhof möglich. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise zur Fähre, hierfür ist die Lage perfekt.
Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Gerne wieder.
