We were under some stress due to my husband's surgery. The staff were helpful.
Pros:

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. We appreciated the closeness to the hospital.

Cons:

Moved rooms 2 times first room 82 degrees and miserable. Housekeeping staff was loud in hallways and knocking on door before 9 when checkout not til noon. Then when we exited the room, housekeeping stay yelling in hallway “what room did you just come out of?”

All was well but the door to my bathroom didn't shut properly. Also the light switch to the bathroom was near the entry door, rather than in or next to the bathroom. Just weird!

Pros:

Room smelled like cigarette smoke & I was told they were full for the night, so I couldn't be moved. Then I waited 14 minutes for the front desk guy (@ 9am, when people typically are checking out) to come back to the front desk. After some discussion, the desk guy offered to refund half of pet deposit. Then told me he wasn't able to do it. I phoned the manager & requested a new folio be sent with the refund. 4.5 hours later, I haven't heard anything.

Upon searching our room to leave, we found a sex toy under the bed (clearly not mine). Cold coffee in the lobby and would not refund breakfast that was not used.

Going somewhere else next visit.
Pros:

It was close to my activities. Stayed there 6 months ago. It was ok but wanted to try again. I was not ok with the staff. No help was ever given getting luggage in etc. The food and drinks were over priced. I was visiting my sister in a wc. Was not. offered-help at all. I had to help her in the car put the wc in by myself. I just found it odd that not once I was offered help.
