Beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was central to everything Fargo has to offer. Staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I reserved a King size room. Upon check in- front office person was very frazzled and gave us a room with 2 beds. Hotel was under construction during our visit.

Never, never, never again
Pros:

Room recently renovated, although punch list and post construction cleaning not done. Good shower.

Cons:

Poor cleanliness. Requested several times to speak with the property manager. Because I was unhappy with a few things and was never contacted

Pros:

Great location, comfy beds, and friendly staff

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast; pool out of service (weren’t aware of that before our stay - didn’t affect us however others); rates were high

Nice location.

Cons:

Booked a king sized bed room. Got a double queen when we checked in. Asked staff about it. They said they were overbooked for the night and "upgraded" us to a double queen. If we wanted a double queen I would have book it as such. Not sure whether it's a booking.com problem or a four points problem but possibly won't use either again atleast in the near future.

We were under some stress due to my husband's surgery. The staff were helpful.
Pros:

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. We appreciated the closeness to the hospital.

Cons:

We did not like our supper in the evening.

Cons:

Moved rooms 2 times first room 82 degrees and miserable. Housekeeping staff was loud in hallways and knocking on door before 9 when checkout not til noon. Then when we exited the room, housekeeping stay yelling in hallway “what room did you just come out of?”
