The place is great just double check any requests

Very clean good size room , helpful staff

Cons:

I did ask for a wake up call at 6 am and book me a taxi for 7 am , I didn’t get the wake up call just the call at 7 to say my taxi was here so mad panic to get everything away no shower as my train was leaving at 7.30 fantastic taxi drove like a racing driver to get me to the station on time ( fortunately the train was delayed so it wasn’t a problem) but I had to book that train 5 weeks in advance and was booked into a hotel in Mangaluru, if I had missed it because I didn’t get a alarm call , I would’ve requested to see the manager and point out the members of staff who I asked for the call to be reprimanded

A well needed place to rest.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great food too. Even has a pool. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

We required help with bookings. Staff tried their best.
