Bien localizado en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

Muy bien localizado en Niigata. Al lado del puente que cruza el río. Personal muy amable

Cons:

Un tanto anticuado para le nivel de los hoteles en Japón. Se nota mucho la diferencia won otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas en Tokio, Osaka o si sitos más turísticos

上質なもてなしがあります
Pros:

チェックインが遅くなっても（21時台）ドアマンが駐車場の案内をしに出てきてくれた（車から降りて聞きに行かなくても済んだ）。
窓からのリバービューが素敵だった。
朝食メニューに地元の料理があり、既に小鉢に入っていたのでお試しとしてとても良かった。
お米の食べ比べができた。（新潟は、日本の中で最も米どころとして有名なエリア）
ベッドメイク不要のマグネットを貼って出かけたが、ベッドメイクしてくれてあった。
しかも、子供がベッドに寝かせていたぬいぐるみにキチンとおふとんをかけてくれていた！

Cons:

他のオークラに比べて朝食の品数は少なかったかも。（憶測です、ごめんなさい）
部屋の空調が細かく変更できないこと。（エアコンのリモコンではなく、エアコンの強弱の回転ボタンしかなかった）
連泊したが、清掃不要のドアタグが見つからなかったこと。
