知らない土地での滞在でしたので、オークラならば安心して宿泊できると思い予約をとりました。前述の状況にとても落胆し、他のサービスの利用はしませんでした。
Cons:

特に水回りに髪の毛などの体毛が何本も落ちていました。
グラスにもいくつも繊維の付着がありました。室内、水回りとも臭いはありませんでした。

Pros:

スタッフの対応がとても親切でした。
お部屋は清潔感もあり、綺麗でした。

Cons:

エキストラベットが柔らかすぎでした。
エアコンの調整が出来ず、暑く感じた。
便座が冷たく感じた。

그 오래된 느낌속 고풍스러움 있어서 좋었어요
직원분들 모두 친절하고 근처에 괜찮은 식당도 많고,마트도 가깝고 좋았어요 역앞 호텔은 밤에 젊은이들이 너무 많아서 쫌 복잡한데 여기는 조용하고 좋아요!

朝食の卵料理が美味しい

Cons:

最初に通されたフロアは、エレベーターを降りてすぐからアセトンの臭いがしました。自室に向かうにつれ強くなり目が痛く吐き気と咳が出るくらいでした。自室の手前の複数の部屋で何かの工事をしていたようで、ある部屋の入り口から外に向けたダクトが出されていました。
自室に入っても廊下から臭いが入ってくるので、廊下の臭いはどうにかなりませんかと電話でお願いしたら、居室の変更を提案されました。
変更後の居室はフロアが違ったので臭いはしませんでしたが、カーテンはシワシワだし窓は汚いしとなかなかのところでした。
ちなみに、廊下の臭いの事をうかがったら「バスルームの補修中なんです☺️」と軽やかに言われました。
補修中なのはわかります。でも、そんなフロアに客を入れるなよって思いました。
ホテルオークラってその程度なんだな、と。
2度と使いません。
