Pros:

A beautiful place very close to the old town the owner was very helpful and very very polite all the service of the hotel was amazing

Kleine Oase in Hoi An, top Lage!
Pros:

Sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch in Laufnähe zum Altstadtbezirk von Hoi An (ca. 10 Minuten). Sehr freundliche Besitzer, sauberes großes Zimmer, leckeres frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, süßer kleiner Pool und gepflegte Anlage. Guter kostengünstiger Wäscheservice auf Anfrage.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Cons:

Im Bad ist ein Fenster nicht verschließbar, sodass abends Moskitos reinkommen. Hier muss man die Badezimmertür gut geschlossen halten.

Pros:

Charming and peaceful stay
A cozy place with a very spacious room. We loved the bonsai trees and the decoration of the property. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and efficient. It is about a 10-minute walk to the city center. We hope to come back soon!

PERFECT!
Pros:

The owner of the place is incredibly kind, helpful, and considerate. Her warm attitude truly touched us.
The place is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the bonsai trees are stunning, it’s close to the center.
It was truly a perfect experience, beyond all expectations.

Nice refuge a few blocks away from the old town with helpful staff - a great value
Pros:

The location was nicely secluded and quiet, about a 5 minute walk to the bridge into the old town. The pool in the courtyard was shaded and had lots of seating around it with numerous bonsai trees everywhere. Breakfast was served in the same area with about 12 various western and Vietnamese options. The room was basic with a balcony and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was basic with a shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure and the towels were soft enough. As there were no nearby banks, the front desk staff happily exchanged my US currency at market exchange rate with no fees and helped me with bargaining skills and advised on fair pricing at the markets.

Best place we stayed in our SE Asia trip
Pros:

We can’t fault with the comfortable villa, the smiling staff or the helpful service they provided.
We were given a number of recommendations for eating, drinking and things to do.
The owner was always genuine and we took advantage of the offer of scooter rental. Great location to explore further afield.
The location was quiet 11minutes away from the night market and old town bustle. Hoi an is a vibrant place to visit.

Cons:

All was great. If we came back to Hoi An it would be here.

Excellent séjour à Hoï an
Pros:

Un lieu Charmant, reposant, peuplé de Bonsaï, un peu à l'écart de l'agitation du centre qui reste tout proche. Nous avons pu nous promener et aller à la plage avec les vélos prêtés par l'Hôtel. Très bon accueil de l'équipe avec des conseils de visite, proposition pour transfert à l'aéroport et un super petit déjeuner. Bref, le top !

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst! We kregen de keuze uit Vietnamees ontbijt of Westers ontbijt. We kregen gratis fietsen, en we konden onze was tegen een kleine vergoeding laten uitwassen. Prijs kwaliteit is dit een aanrader.
