Pros:

Beautiful owners and beautiful accommodation. We were situated in the corner (204) by the koi pond so had a stunning view from our patio. The room was spacey with a great bed and a big bathroom. The breakfast was cooked to order based on your choice from the menu the day before. The pool was a decent size and welcome after a long walk in the old town. The owners were extremely kind and helped with transfers at both end of the trip. Probably the key attraction for me is that it's on Cam Nam island, so an oasis from the tourist scrum, but just a ten minute walk to the old town. Perfect!

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement, proche du vieux quartier et du marché est très appréciable. Très bon choix de petits déjeuners á la carte que l’on commande la veille, patronne et personnel sympathique. Coin jardin de bonsaïs et piscine très calme

Cons:

Manque une table de chevet d’un côté du lit mais c’est un détail.

Absolument parfait
Pros:

Un véritable havre de paix, les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et souriants. Le cadre est magnifique, de jolis bonsaïs, une piscine propre et un très bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont très grandes, la literie est bonne et tout est très propre. Vous rejoignez le centre en 10min à pied (fait avec enfants de 4 et 7ans). Un vrai coup de cœur.

Pros:

Es war wie ein Nach Hause kommen. Die Kage ist grossartig, in einer ruhigen Gegend, 10 Minuten in die Fussgängerzone. In 5 Minuten ist man am Fluss, wo es auch die bunten Boote hat. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und gross. Mein Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, den ich, weil ich vom reisen gerade in Hoi An einen Hänger hatte, richtig geniessen konnte. aabsolut empfehlenswert dieses hübsche Hotel.

Gorgeous place and comfortable stay
Pros:

Gorgeous setting and well maintained. We had the pool to ourselves on a couple of occasions in the afternoon which felt luxurious. The room was clean and the bed was the best we’ve had the whole trip. We received a warm and friendly welcome with lots of helpful information provided. Few bars and shops a short walk away and then a 10-15 min walk over the bridge into the market/old town.

Pleasant & comfortable stay.
Pros:

Nice size rooms, clean & comfortable. Good location as easy walk to old quarter but in a quieter spot. Lady owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great compared to many of the others we have had in Vietnam.

Bonsai Villa is located a short walk from the old quarter in a safe residential area. Rooms are large and clean, staff are very helpful. The Bonsai's and pool great a wonderful oasis in busy Hoi An.

Top location and lovely pool and rooms with helpful hostess
Pros:

The location was great walking distance to main attractions. The host was fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was great cool down every day, rooms were spacious and good value. We would come back here again and recommend. Host also allowed us to check out late and use facilities, which was so helpful for our late train departure, after a long day out in the hot sun. The kids loves the fish and Bonsai gardens.
