Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with different options to pick from. Staff was also friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and nice as well.

Ci é piaciuto stare in un ambiente famigliare in cui l’attenzione é posta verso il cliente. La stanza é molto spaziosa, ben areata e il bagno pulito è grande. Inoltre la piscina é molt pulita. Per colazione la sera prima si decide due bevande e un piatto dal menu

Nos gustó mucho la amabilidad de la familia que tiene este negocio y la piscina y sus bonsáis, sin lugar a dudas un lugar muy bonito . Además te prestan sus bicis y puedes ir cómodamente al centro desde allí.

Todo excelente ! Gran lugar, muy tranquilo , muy bonito y gran atención. Todo está bastante nuevo y con gran atención al detalle.

Nos gestionaron transportes y estuvieron todo el tiempo muy disponibles a cualquier solicitud. 10/10

La atención y amabilidad de los dueños de la Villa Bonsai. La piscina es espectacular y ayuda a refrescarte y relajarte en un día caluroso. El desayuno está muy bueno y también destacar la amabilidad de las cocineras.
Está en una zona tranquila alejada del bullicio del centro. Totalmente recomendable

One of the loveliest places we've stayed anywhere. Bonsai Villa is a small, family-run hotel on Trần Trung Tri in Cẩm Nam, just across the bridge from Hội An Ancient Town.

Autumn and her family are truly the heart of the place. Her genuine warmth and care make you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. She is incredibly generous with her time, offering great advice on the best places to visit, where to shop, and how to get the most out of the town

It's on the quieter side of the river, which we loved—especially at night, when you can wander down and take in the boats and the lanterns without the crush of the crowds.

We were there for my wife's birthday and I'd ordered flowers for the room—what Autumn put together completely exceeded my expectations, beautifully arranged with a personal message. It’s exactly that kind of thoughtful touch that defines how they look after people.

The gardens are extraordinary and worth the stay on their own. Autumn's husband has been tending the bonsai for many years—some of them since he was fourteen—and it shows in every tree. There's a koi pond with a little red bridge, and a clean, quiet pool ringed by frangipani and mango trees. After a warm day walking around the markets, it was absolutely lovely to come back and slip into that beautiful pool to cool down.

The rooms are spacious and spotless with big balconies, the breakfast has a great selection, and they provide bikes to easily get into town.

If you want somewhere in Hội An with real warmth and personal care, somewhere tranquil but still an easy walk to the Old Town, stay here. We'd come back any time we're in Vietnam.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen – es war einfach alles bestens! Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstück lecker und der Pool perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch den Wäscheservice in Anspruch genommen, innerhalb von 12 Std. hatten wir die frische Wäsche wieder zurück.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an Frau Autumn, die unsere An- und Abreise perfekt organisiert und sich wunderbar um alles gekümmert hat.
Vielen Dank auch für den tollen Service, dass wir unser Gepäck für zwei Tage sicher im Hotel lassen durften, während wir auf den Cham-Inseln waren. Das hat unsere Reiseplanung sehr erleichtert und wir haben diese Unterstützung sehr geschätzt.
Bei der Abholung des Gepäcks durften wir sogar die Dusche benutzen. Die Weiterreise per Nachtbus war für uns und unsere Mitreisenden deshalb viel angenehmer :-).

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! ❤️
