The hosts are amazing. They helped us with everything - rides, restaurants, tickets for activities, raincoats, umbrellas, everything you can imagine. Really good experience. The breakfast is amazing and you are treated with all the kindness in the world :)
We absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at the villa. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet still within a short walking distance of the Old Town. You can also use the free bicycles to cycle around and explore the area.
The owners are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met so friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with everything. With their help, we organized all our airport transfers, trips, and activities, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. And their collection of bonsai trees is truly impressive! 🌿
We highly recommend staying here and would happily come back! ❤️ I should also mention that the breakfasts are absolutely delicious and very generous! There is also a spa right next door to the villa, offering a great selection of massages and treatments, which is perfect for a little extra relaxation during your stay.

There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues make sure to ask for a ground floor room.
Excellent value for money. The host family are highly communicative, helpful, and consistently pleasant. The property features a beautiful bonsai garden and sits in an great location—only a 5-10 minute walk from the old town. It is far enough away to avoid the noise, yet still very convenient.
There is no elevator, which didn't bother us, but anyone with mobility needs can book one of the several ground-floor rooms.
The bathroom in the family room was a bit old, but clean.

My second stay at Bonsai! Lovely clean hotel with a beautiful pool, but the best part is Autumn and her family who go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Nothing is too much trouble. It was my birthday during the stay and I was given a lovely birthday cake and gorgeous bracelet! The loveliest place to stay in Hoi An!
