Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Super hôtel, idéalement situé en plein centre-ville.
Un parking gratuit et souterrain se trouve dans la rue d'en face, ce qui est très pratique.
Les chambres sont propres et confortables ; nous avons même eu une belle vue sur la montagne. Tous les essentiels de toilette sont présents (sèche-cheveux, petit radiateur dans la salle de bain, etc.).
L'autonomie d'entrée et de sortie est très appréciable : un code permet d'accéder à l'hôtel librement, ce qui est vraiment agréable.
L'établissement est calme, sécurisé et très propre.
À l'extérieur, tout est à proximité : parking, funiculaire pour accéder aux pistes, restaurants, bars...
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Excellent stay in St Gervais
Pros:

The staff were super helpful, we arrived before the check in time but as our room was ready they happily let us in early and also store our bags on the day of departure. The location is great, a short walk to the gondola and close to many bars and restaurants. They also advised us to rent our ski gear from the store next door - Blanc Sports to which they gave us a discount!

Rustic comfort
Pros:

Does the basics very well. Great comfort , lovely breakfast. Low on frills but high on comfort.

Cons:

Nothing for me but be aware that it does not cater well to people who can’t get up and down stairs easily.

Loved the hotel and will certainly try booking again next time we visit Saint Gervais Les Bains
Pros:

Charming interior. Relaxed and accommodating. Fabulous location and views

Cons:

Plumbing a bit basic and seemed to struggle at peak times (May just be our room though)

Pros:

Nice hotel within walking distance to the lift.
You can rent a locker on the top (for free if you rent from them and mention the hotel name) and walk to the lift lightly.

Free parking next to the hotel (during the Christmas holidays it was easy to find the place there)

Friendly staff, warm atmosphere

Good quality of bed and pillows (usually it’s a challenge in the family budget segment hotels)

Cons:

Small rooms (but it’s obviously mentioned in the description).
Noisy wooden floor.
Some areas could benefit from an update, overall a pleasant stay.
