Wspaniały hotel z pysznym jedzeniem. Super strefa Wallnes dla dorosłych. Bezpłatny skibus co godzinę... naprawdę mega personal który potrafi zadbać o gości.
Super jedzenie. Miła obsługa. Komfortowa narciarnia. Blisko stoku. Wysoki standard. Wiele atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych (basen, bawialnia, kręgle i inne).
Bardzo dobre śniadania i posiłki; dużo urozmaiceń dla dorosłych i dzieci (bawialnia, kręgle, stoły do tenisa i wiele innych), świetna narciarnia, super komunikacja dedykowanymi skibusami ze stokiem narciarskim.
wszystko ok, jak już mam coś wymienić to może rekomendacja nieco innej godziny odjazdów skibusów (tych w okolicach południa) - tak aby osoby korzystające z jazdy od 12:30 mogły być od początku na stoku a nie dopiero około 13:00
Spędziłam jedną noc w hotelu Chopok Wellness & Spa na Słowacji i był to bardzo udany pobyt. Już od momentu przyjazdu można było poczuć przyjemną, spokojną atmosferę. Obsługa była bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i komfortowo urządzony, a widok na góry dodawał uroku całemu pobytowi.
Strefa wellness zrobiła na mnie ogromne wrażenie – baseny, sauny i strefa relaksu były świetnie przygotowane i idealne do odpoczynku. Wszystko było zadbane i utrzymane na wysokim poziomie. Kolacja oraz śniadanie były bardzo smaczne, a wybór potraw naprawdę duży. Szczególnie podobała mi się spokojna atmosfera w restauracji.
Mimo że był to tylko jeden nocleg, udało mi się naprawdę zrelaksować i odpocząć. To idealne miejsce na krótki wypad lub weekendowy relaks w górach. Zdecydowanie chętnie wróciłabym tam ponownie.

Najviac sme boli spokojní s jedlom, wellnessom a milým personálom.
Trocha nám vadili matrace, neboli veľmi pohodlné, avšak celkový dojem a spokojnosť to nepokazilo.
Problem s porusovanim pravidiel booking.com tym, ze Vam daju pod natlakom podpisat zmluvu, ktora spolu s prilohami ma desiatky stran. Bez toho Vas neubytuju. V ramci 10 krajin v EU a cca stovky hotelov, ide o neskutocny unikat, ktory Vam hodne pokazi zaciatok pobytu.

Nebol na nachystany stol na veceru, takze nas narychlo usadzali k uz uvolnemu stolu, 2 bary a v obidvoch plno deti , ze nepoculi sme vlastneho slova, v saunach hluk ako na trhoch, no sklamanie...

Líbila se nám lokalita hotelu, vstřícný personál, možnost vyžití v hotelu a přístup do dvou wellness.
Mohlo by být více světla na pokoji. Trošku chybí centrální osvětlení na stropě. Uvítaly bychom taktéž při snídani malý koš na odpadky na stole.
