Great hotel, nice location
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel when I came back from my Alaskan cruise
The staff was very friendly, even let me check in early. The hotel is very clean good location, not too far from the area that you want to be in.
The food in the restaurant was good and the service was good.

I did not get my Hilton points right away. I had to contact Hilton and send over my folio and everything I did end up getting them, but it took a little bit longer so that was frustrating.

Nice Hotel in Good Location.
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for three nights as part of the tail end of our vacation. The hotel is in a great location. Mile walk to Pike Street and a mile walk to the Space Needle. The room was very clean and was equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The shower was adequate. Like most hotels, they had soap and shampoo dispensers. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative regarding the room was the loud air conditioning unit. We asked to have it looked at, but they were unable to fix it. The pool and gym were very nice. The gym had a peleton, free weights and a weight machine along with the standard treadmills. If you can help it, do not park at the hotel. Their daily rate was ridiculous. Use Spot hero to find a cheaper parking spot nearby. We did.

Sleeping in Seattle
Pros:

We typically stay at 5-6 Hilton properties a year and I must say, this is a hidden gem! Everything about this hotel from staff, to cleanliness, to location are perfect. The hotel was very busy and the staff were above and beyond helpful. I am so glad we chose this location. It exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The check-in system was down and it took almost 2 hours to get our room. The staff were kind and apologetic but offered no bonuses for the wait. The rooms were clean and quiet but the beds were springy. The location was nice.

Nice hotel, great location, expensive parking
Pros:

Very clean, I felt safe, nice lobby and room.

Cons:

Front dest staff were slow at check in and it was a long wait. When I checked out the person was in the phone so I gave them our 2 key cards not knowing I needed one to exit the parking lot. I had to leave my vehicle at the exit and run back into the hotel and wait because there was only one employee. I was able to flag down another and she made gave me a card to exit. Parking was expensive.
Also, the coffee carafe in the lobby was empty and a staff went to get more but after a few minutes we had to leave without any coffee

This was fine but if I had to go to downtown Seattle again I would choose another hotel.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. We did not use the pool but it looked pretty good.

Cons:

The food was not very good -- we only ate breakfast there once and then we avoided it afterwards. The gym was okay but not great.

“ Lids” at the front desk
Pros:

Wonderful customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong reservation and ended up at the wrong hotel. The front desk young lady her name was “Lids “ she was wonderful. She helped us and made it happen. She took great care of us.

Nice hotel, though they don’t seem very organized. Terrible area. Feces on the ground outside, urine smell in the street

Cons:

Our room wasn’t ready on time so we sat with our luggage waiting for a long time and throughout our stay that seemed to be the case for most people. I saw dozens of people waiting with their luggage for hours, well past check in time, sleeping in the lobby.
