Not worth the price
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

As soon as we walked in we realized the entire room smelled overwhelming strongly of cigarettes and vape, other than that the room was clean, but chairs weren’t comfortable at all.
Breakfast was not good, definitely not worth the price

Great weekend. Great stay, beauty city but the parking situation would detour me next time
Pros:

Nice, clean, convenient, affordable rates

Cons:

Cost for parking is outrageous. $55/day is so obsurd. That was almost half the cost of a nights stay and my car doesn't need heat, a warm bed, shower ect. This alone would detour me from staying again due to the high cost of parkinson's versus the extreme inconvenience of having to arrange rides to and from the hotel with luggage and city transit. Tbe hidden cost of parking seemed gouging and a way to raise rates without making it look like it during booking

Front desk Staff didn’t know what they were talking about
Pros:

Nice clean room

Cons:

Communication from staff was poor, got several different answers to my questions from different staff. Paid an additional $65 for parking one night. Buffet breakfast was good food but quite cold. Had to ask for breakfast vouchers that I had already paid for.

We had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Staff, room, restaurant, all great.

Cons:

Our dinner was excellent!
But Breakfast had problem with confusion on orders, & the breakfast potatoes were tasteless, not crisp.

Over the top in accommodating me in my stay!
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating. I came off of a cruise ship in the morning and a room was already ready for me. then as i checked out and walked to the taxi to be taken to the airport at 5:30 in the morning I received a change in my flight text to 4:00pm. They were so nice and let me keep my room until normal checkout and gave me another room key. Cannot be more grateful with the excellent customer care.

Cons:

the light in the bathroom mirror in 901 did not work and would not stay in place

The location was close to walk to pike market. The hotel was clean and most of the staff was friendly.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean! Staff were accommodating and I really appreciate the staff who helped us check in. He gave us a map and suggested places we could visit which I find very helpful!

A wonderful stay besides having no tub in a Luxury bathroom.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff was wonderful!

Cons:

When I booked the room it stated King Room with Luxury Bathroom and the picture showed a large tub. I had been looking forward to that tub especially since I'm 6'2" an can't fit in most tubs... then to get there and there wasn't a tub. I was truly disappointed! the staff did try to take care of me which I did appreciate.
