It's location is close to many activities and site seeing.

Cons:

The bed was awful, couldn't sleep its felt like sleeping on a board and the pillows had no fluff and would go flat. Breakfast is no included like mentioned. Checkin was awkward the employee was not friendly. Honestly for what we paid and im sure the price was inflated due to fifa, it was not worth it at all. We've stayed at many different Hilton and never walked away feeling the need to leave a bad review.

It did the job and gave me a clean safe place to stay for the night.

Pre cruise stay
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights before a cruise. The room was clean. The hotel itself wasn't loud, but the hotel is downtown so you get some car noise. All staff were friendly and helpful. We used the on site restaurant for dinner and it was good and reasonable for the area. Lime bikes available everywhere for quick transportation. Used the shuttle from the hotel to the pier. Would stay here again. No complaints.
