Hot tub closed first day. Shower area had broken wall. Mattresses were very hard.

Nice hotel and facilities
Pros:

Room clean and enough space, near venues, like that there are on facilities. Hot tub and pool were great!

Cons:

Heater was very touchy, it wouldn’t get warm unless you turn it up to 75. Under that the air coming out was cool.

Will not stay again
Pros:

Clean and nice room. Bad service.

Cons:

Did not get greeted well at check in. No instructions given about the details. Went to “free” breakfast and they proceeded to charge my room & person checking in forgot vouchers. The staff at breakfast was nice but uninformed. We then got locked in the parking garage & no one could come down to let us out. Super dismissive staff. Do not recommend.

The view we had was poor, stairing right at the middle of the roof. We came from out of town hoping to see the city from our room.

tamaño de habitacion, comodidad de cama y amigable calefaccion y aire acondicionado asi como cafetera y microondas, boito escrotorio y tv con cientos de canales y varios streamings. Ubicacion excelente, centrico cerca a todo caminando y cerca a varias paradas de buses y metro
Gimnasio mediano pero superbien .

Cons:

refrigeradora no enfriaba casi nada , y no tenia congeladora por ejm para guardar helados, y tina bastante angosta y un poco reducida para tamaño amplio de baño, hubiese sido mejor una ducha con amplio espacio

Pros:

The staff workers in the bar and food area were amazing and very attentive. They made are stay amazing and they were friendly. The pool and hot tub was great. The room was amazing and clean.

Cons:

When I checked in the front desk guy didn't explain anything. Just handed me my key card and told me room number. He had a person before me he explained everything to them. Everyone had got breakfast vouchers. Even when we had a suit. But other then that our stay was amazing. Food and drinks were good.

The view was horrible, the staff was not super friendly. I didn’t get told that parking was 70 dollars per night until I said yes we would park and he made me tap my credit card.
