Pros:

Staff was very friendly. They made our teenage baseball team feel welcomed. Even let them hook up their game to the lobby T.V. and baked fresh cookies for them. The happy hour was a hit for us baseball parents after sitting at games all day. Great experience!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed multiple nights and had a few different breakfast options in the am. That was nice! It was in a nice quiet location and the patio was great to sit at in the morning.

I did not stay at the hotel because the accommodations were unacceptable. The two rooms were not located next to each other, and both rooms were extremely dirty.
I reserved one room with two queen beds and another room with one king bed. However, both rooms were given to us with only one king bed. One of the rooms also had a large hole in the wall. The carpets in both rooms were dirty, and the bedsheets had visible stains. Because of these issues, we decided not to stay at the hotel. I am requesting a full refund since we did not use the rooms. Additionally, Booking.com charged me the full amount for both rooms. However, the front desk agent also charged my husband for the second room because he claimed that my card had only been charged for one room. This was incorrect, and we were charged twice for the second room.
Please review these charges and issue a full refund as soon as possible

Breakfast was better than normal continental breakfasts.

Cons:

We prepaid and had 3 rooms garunteed. I call 2 hrs before arrival and they told us they'd given our rooms away. The staff then managed to 'find rooms and promised they would be available'. When we arrived they had only reserved two of 3 rooms and put us in the wrong 3rd room that couldn't accommodate our size and had to split us to another room which didn't appropriately fit our needs but we made it work.

I will be booking with this hotel in the near future.
Pros:

I like the location. It’s within 7 minutes of some of my favorite stores. Such as, Target, Ulta, and Marshall’s . It’s close to the Perimeter Mall.

I like the buffet breakfast. I love that I had to use my room key for the elevator to move. It shows safety first ! When I needed help the ones at the front desk were there to help !

No comments here. There’s nothing bad I can say.

Great for ballpark access without being right in the city and great for families!
Pros:

Breakfast was hot! I loved that there were easy kids choices, hot American breakfast options, and an awesome breakfast taco bar area! The pool was perfect for my 5/6 year old boys!

Cons:

Pull out bed to be more comfortable as well as additional pillows were not available but staff did their best to assist.
