I loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff
Location and staff was very nice .
Needs updating and floors are terrible. The room above could here children running, jumping and pounding floor till 12:00 midnight. Lamps were broken not working and curtains broken would not shut.
The price was a benefit and the fact it has a inside pool
I didn't like the pool was not ready and we didn't have enough time in the pool before we left
Breakfast was the best part but also location was feet and safe
Blanket was dirty with couple stain
New, clean
It was expensive to get there via ride share. I found out later there was public transit I could have taken.
Loved how clean and spacious the room was
Clean and nice

I like that the property has covered parking and the convenience of a kitchenette.
I’m not sure if I should call this a Hilton property or a Marriott property as the branding within the hotel is all over the place. From the signage in the rooms to the key cards. I had trouble ordering DoorDash and they could not decide what Brand this hotel was for an accurate delivery address.
Regardless, the hotel is not close to the standard I expect from either brand. Upon arrival the young lady at the desk was aloof and didn’t seem to want to be there. She went through the check in process and at the very end asked if I’d be parking on property… I advised that I would. She prepared a sheet of paper to place on the dash and didn’t bother to mention that there’s a $10 per day charge. The “parking fee” was nearly 10% of the total price paid for basically a day and a half stay. There’s zero security beyond an arm that lets you in and out of the underground deck. There are homeless people sleeping in the deck and it’s quite dirty. I’m not sure what the fee covers. This hotel is not in a location that warrants paid parking and certainly does not fall in line with other hotels in the area, even the “nice ones”.
Moving on… I was assigned a room on the fourth floor and knew within three feet of stepping inside that I wouldn’t be staying there. There was food in the kitchen floor, on the carpet, and on the sofa. The heating and air control panel on the wall didn’t work at all. There was a bug in the toilet and dark colored hair all over the bathroom floor. (Photos provided)
I went to the front desk and explained my findings. The young lady acted as though it was no surprise and assigned another room. I was still on the fourth floor. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was not up to par. In fact, I’ve seen better at lower rated hotels. Beyond the aesthetic defects, it was fine… After I cleaned it myself. There was peeling paint and seam tape in the corners, a huge hole/crack in the bathroom door.
The location was great.. minutes from the mall
My hotel room was dirty. Sex toys left behind. Used towels in the bathroom. Condom wraps left behind in the trash.
Location wasn't hard to find & close to some nice restaurants, also liked the parking garage. The room was a nice size for a suite & for the most part the stay was fine.
Our toilet was clogged & the sink wouldn't drain, we went to be moved to another suite but there were none available so we had to wait until morning for the maintenance guy to come fix the facilities. The mattresses were horrifying. They really really need new ones, they literally put like 4 fitted things on the beds to try to cover the stains. The curtains etc were nasty & the tub had hair in it when we arrived.
