Important information:

Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis.

As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.

Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charge upon check in.

Good place to stay!
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Room was very spacious. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby within a 10-minute walk.

Cons:

Didn’t provide laundry services as written in hotel description.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Bien situé. Pas loin du centre. Chambre moderne avec un grand balcon. On a eu une chambre avec un grand balcon donnant sur les jolies piscines. C'était calme. Lit confortable. Petit-déjeuner buffet très bon et beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

On était content de voir une machine à café espresso, étant des amateurs de café. Quelle déception de voir le matin que la machine n'est pas fonctionnelle. On a essayé d'appeler la réception. On n'arrivait pas à entendre notre interlocuteur. Disons qu'on s'attend à mieux dans un hôtel de ce niveau.

La ubicación del hotel cerca del centro, es lo que buscaba

De lo que más me gustó, es la atención de todo el personal del hotel para orientar a sus clientes en alguna necesidad

Cons:

El funcionamiento de la regadera al despachar el agua no es directa, tiene orificios tapados y la coladera no desagua rápido el agua

La ubicación era practica, la piscina bien.

Cons:

Que no hubiese para comer en la tarde noche, ni siquiera logré un roomservice, no contestaron nunca el teléfono
Y que no se informara en la reserva que habría que pagar un impuesto ambiental de 17 Usd/dia de alojamiento.

Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous and the swimming pool / jacuzi very nice. The employees were helpful although they speak and understand primarily the spanish language. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to get a birthday cake & champagne free of charge from the hotel on the birthday of my wife👏
