Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis.
As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.
Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charge upon check in.

Séjour en réalité un peu particulier. En effet, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été mis sur le fait accompli : plus de de chambres disponibles dans l
Hôtel. Du coup, nous avons été re localisés dans un autre hôtel avec ma compagne. C’était un up-grade avec un hôtel all in et 4 étoiles. C’était donc positif mais on a pu expérimenter l’Urban Oasis et nous n’avons pas pu choisir le nouvel hôtel.
L’hôtel all-in était assez ancien et peu moderne.
De plus, les restaurants du soir de l’hôtel sont uniquement accessibles via réservation avec l’application de l’hôtel. On s’en rend compte uniquement 3 jours plus tard et cela a été frustrant car nous avons dû se retourner vers les buffets à volonté uniquement. Le seul moyen de réserver un restaurant de l’hôtel était de le faire 2 à 3 à l’avance (mais notre séjour était de 4 jours) ou d’acheter une bouteille de vin. En tant que non buveur d’alcool, c’était très frustrant.
Chambre spacieuse. Belles piscines et salle de sport. Buffet de petit-déjeuner varié et copieux avec de nombreuses spécialités mexicaines.
Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme, nous avons eu une chambre sur rue très mal isolée et donc particulièrement bruyante : trafic routier, alarme de la banque d'en face qui se déclenche pendant de longues minutes en pleine nuit... Personnel de la réception peu à l'écoute et n'ayant réponse à rien - tandis que les agents de sécurité sont eux très agréables et nous renseignent avec efficacité.

L’emplacement est bien par rapport à la plage et la zone hôtelière avec un port tout prêt pour Isla Mujeres.

La piscina, el desayuno y la ubicacion excelentes, les sugiero modificar las rampas para discapacitados y personas mayores ya que estan muy inclinadas y hay muchas escaleras.
Demasiadas escaleras, sobre todo en la entrada.
