Important information:

Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis.

As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.

Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charge upon check in.

La piscine !!!!!
Pros:

La piscine avec tout ses équipements (fauteuils, transats,lits, spa...) est géniale.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet.
Le parking clos.

Cons:

La chambre était vieillotte.
Mais il faut relativiser car lors de notre arrivée à Cancun,15 jours plus tôt, la chambre était top.
En fait, il semble y avoir 2 hôtels côte à côte : le neuf a été construit juste à côté de l'ancien. Tous deux ont le même hall et la même réception.

We were only here for two nights but had our stay of been any longer I think we would have been very

We arrived late but just managed to grab a bite and a margarita (or 2), the rooms we massive, the hotel had loads of facilities the gym was great, breakfast was exceptional, with loads of variety, staff in the morning at breakfast were very friendly as were all other staff we came across and the pool was great with plenty of loungers.

A great time! Really nice staff! Would definitely stay there again. It wasn't far from Hotel Zone.
Pros:

The front desk staff were very helpful, even with the language barrier at times. The room was a little worn around mouldings near door but everything was clean and well kept. The pool area was wonderful as were the dining room and bar.

Cons:

The room could be a little better maintained but overall it was fine as we did not spend too much time in the room.

El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación ya que puedes llegar fácilmente a lugares por su ubicación tan céntrica.
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, las camas muy cómodas, la regadera con agua calientita
El desayuno buffet es variado cada día, todo muy rico
La atención del personal fue muy buena, amables todas las personas con las que platicamos
Sin duda, me volvería a hospedar aqui

Friendly staff. Everything is super clean warm and welcoming.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved a lot. Hot food was always dry and not overly appealing. Extra option of eggs rather than just scrambled. An omelette station or eggs your way would be great. Fruit and yogurt station was good but the whole area needs to flow better.
