Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis.
As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.
Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charge upon check in.

Fiz reserva para o "O cancun" e nos colocaram no " Smart cancun" . Estávamos com uma idosa no grupo e nos colocaram no sétimo andar ,sendo que o elevador não chegava no sétimo andar . Pagamos mais caro e nos colocaram em outro prédio.
Queda en el centro
Las fotos son engañosas, ya que ponen fotos con acceso a la playa. Y ese hotel no tiene playa.
The location was fine for our one night stay after flying into Cancun very late and getting the ferry to Isla Mujeres the next day. The staff member upon our arrival was really fantastic, the other staff were good but not as great. Breakfast was really awesome which was a good reward for us picking this place. It was also great to be able to chill by the pool after checkout waiting for our mate even though it was too cold to swim.
Noisy at night due to no sound proof windows despite being on a busy road, but such is life in Mexico! Location is definitely not amazing, can walk to find food but its a trashy area and any more than a night here as a short stop would have not been that enjoyable for us. Served its purpose though thank you!

Buen servicio
The hotel was so much better than I thought as I hadn't paid much at all! The room was huge, very modern and clean. The bathroom was nice and the shower was really big and the bed was huge and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was really nice, clean and modern. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of beds and shade. I would happily stay again.
The hotel is also close to good restaurants, bars and a huge supermarket.
The location isn't on the main strip of beaches but it's only a 10 minute uber. I think this location makes the hotel such good value.

Las instalaciones excelentes, la cana muy cómoda y confortable, el trato de los empleados con los clientes muy amables, en especial un empleado que estaba en el bar de la piscina se llama Erick, el trato y amabilidad de él y de todos que nos atendieron no logro mencionarlos a todos porque no recuerdo mucho de sus nombres pero nos encantó, lo recomiendo 100%
