Perfect location to explore Bangkok
Pros:

amazing location and walking distance to Nana station and surrounded by excellent dining, and convenience stores.

Cons:

The hotel is clean and well maintained, a few areas pf improvement like room sound insulation and the furniture feels like it's due for a refresh.

El desayuno es muy bueno

Cons:

La limpieza. Al inicio nos dieron una habitación que olía demasiado a tabaco y solicitamos el cambio en cuanto entramos. Nos asignaron una en el otro edificio y parecía menos moderno. Encontramos varias cucarachas y una la logramos atrapar con un vaso de vidrio y quedó en el lavamanos completamente a la vista. Estuvimos 2 noches y hasta el ultimo momento la cucaracha siguió dentro del vaso. No considero que haya una buena relación calidad-precio. Fue el hospedaje más caro en Tailandia y el que menos nos gustó. Estuvimos semanas antes en otro hotel en Bangkok y completamente diferente.

Pros:

Staffs are amazing and well behaved. Ambience is also good.

Cons:

The furnitures , Lift button, etc are too old. We took two single bed room where the bed size is small compared to other other hotels.

Pros:

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a big bathroom. The gym and pool are excellent. The restaurant does an amazing thali set and other Indian food.

Cons:

The breakfast room is a little crowded, but the afternoon chocolate bonanza makes up for it.

Flott hotell, kan lett booke det neste gang også.
Pros:

God frokost, god beliggenhet, hyggelig personale og velkomst. Nydelig og stort rom, med flott bad.

Cons:

Ekstremt langsom levering i pool bar. Bestilte en kaffe og fikk den etter 35 minutter. Men den ble levert med et smil, og kaffen var god. Men noe sakte gikk det jo hver gang.

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Alles. Wir waren während unserer Reise 2x in diesem wunderbaren Hotel, am Anfang und am Ende und hat unsere positive Thailand-Erfahrung perfekt abgerundet. Dass wir am Ende ein Late Check out bis 18 Uhr buchen konnten hat uns den letzten Urlaubstag versüßt!

Amazing and comfortable inner city stay
Pros:

We loved the property as a whole and loved the idea of chocolate hour we were just too busy as a family to go

Good shower!
Pros:

Great pool and the shower was amazing.

Cons:

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children but we got one big bed. We could’ve paid extra for another bed. Not sure if this is a booking.com error or the hotel as I have not had this scenario with the other places I have booked.
