وبخصوص النظافة كانت تفرغ سلّه المهملات فقط وفي الارض يوجد مناديل وغيرها وتتركها سواء في الغرفة ودورة المياة ؟ قوارير الماء فارغة في الارض تتركها على وضعها ؟؟؟المناشف قديمة ومهرية ،لم تقم بتزويد الشاي والقهوة والمبيض بشكل يومي الفندق ممتاز كل شي فية ماعدا مستوى نظافة الغرف جدا سيئ،،،،،

My week at the Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok was simply outstanding. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful lounge upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The entire hotel offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful.
Especially the Lounge staff with Olaf,Toon,Gil,Rita and Samanta were perfect in service and best motivated to keep their customers satisfied.
I felt completely at ease and would like return anytime
