Everything is just fine, but the staff was terrible. They kick us before our check out, just because we left the hotel for a few minutes to go to the airport to check in our flight, and we still could have a few hours of rest before our flight, even when the whole point of staying in an airport hotel is to be able to go back and forth between the hotel and the airport easily.

No hot water available on Level 2, February 2026

convenience location from Terminal A

Cons:

I booked my room on level 2, I made a claim to front desk and it did not get resolved, I paid for my room and booked ahead of time and I did not get notified at my time of check-in that there was a problem, nor did I get reimbursed for this inconvenience.

Habitación amplia y limpia, cama cómoda y agua caliente en el baño. Tenía un refrigerador pequeño y una cafetera con té y café en filtro. El desayuno buffet estaba delicioso.

Cons:

La habitación está conectada con la habitación de al lado. Obviamente está cerrada pero justamente se hospedó otra persona en esa habitación y resultó un poco incómodo.
