Still waiting on the pending security deposit fee to be dropped off of my account. It’s taking long!
Pros:

Was able to accommodate me with getting a room on the lowest level possible. Also the area was quiet.

Cons:

There were no wash rags in the room upon arrival

NY trip
Pros:

Location was close to subway. Nice size room, kerig with coffee in room. Had problem with heating unit, woke us up at 5am to loud banging noise, went to front desk and the engineer came quickly and changed our unit. He worked quick and knowledgeable , the room was getting cold fast without heat and window barrier. Housekeeping cleaned our room but forgot towels, they gave us some at front desk, problem solved. Bed was comfy and large. Liked watching traffic and cars from our 4th floor room. Didn't eat at restaurant or bar but looked nice.

Cons:

Older rooms, carpet older, stained. The engineer that repaired our heater said they are slowly remodeling hotel.

Pros:

The location is good. The one front of office staff member - a woman was doing a great job - but she was alone.

Cons:

The hotel was having the lifts repaired and it seemed to have temporarily reduced prices, at that price it made up for the inconvenience. It is getting old and I would only choose it for a discount.

Pros:

I liked my view. I could see the bridge and The Statue of Liberty. The shower was great. The bed was relatively comfortable. Overall, the room was fine.

Cons:

It was extremely cold that day and the room would not get warm even when I put the temperature up high. Someone did come to look at it, but it still never got hot. He did say the hotel would be getting new radiators.
