Great hotel stay, very peaceful. I'd stay here again and again.
Pros:

Location was convenient to subway, shopping mall, restaurants and close to my job.

Cons:

My assigned room was given to other guests before my scheduled check out date. Front desk clerk denied that it was my room when brought to his attention and even after producing keys. He acted as if I was confused about being in the room. He denied that I left my personal items in the room, but they were also produced after I was reassigned a new room. It was humiliating.

Other than that one situation, it truly was an excellent stay. I got well deserved rest and peace!
