Not bad in price/quality ratio
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and resolved some issues related to the room.

Cons:

We chose a luxury room, but I think they meant the size, because it had no windows, the mattresses didn't have covers, and the sheets were rough.

Hotel lindo, confortável, com um ambiente acolhedor e agradável. Bem localizado, perto de mercados, farmácias e comércio. Café da manhã bom! A decoração do hotel é de extremo bom gosto. O quarto é amplo e muito limpo. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Voltei com certeza!

Cons:

O quarto não tem muitas tomadas para carregar o celular.

É um hotel com estrutura antiga, não indico para quem tem rinite.
Pros:

O quarto é bem espaçoso.

Cons:

Tenho rinite alérgica e logo na entrada já tinha cheiro de mofo. E quando cheguei no quarto a crise piorou. E o café da manhã não gostei. Faltou algo muito básico que é mamão, o pão estava velho e pedi uma tapioca de queijo e veio queijo e presunto.

Sou suspeito pra falar, pois o Ciribaí é sempre minha primeira opção de busca por hospedagem em Maceió. Café da manhã farto, quarto amplo, localização excelente, próximo ao corredor Vera Arruda e a bares e restaurantes, onde você pode fazer muita coisa sem necessidade de carro. Funcionários sempre prestativos. Relação de custo x benefício maravilhosa.
