Super great staff! Check in was easy. Everyone was friendly. The rooms and whole hotel were clean.
The pool was clean and the kids had fun on the waterside. We had a super late check in but the security was amazing and helpful! Also in the morning, the service was great too!

The pool temperature was too cold for my old bones lol
LOCK YOUR ROOM!!! Staff tried to enter our room TWICE while I was nude. They did nothing to rectify this aside from apologizing. This is a huge issue. We had it latched thankfully but it was terrifying and violating.

There was no hot tub and other guests were swimming in their underwear. Beds were not very comfortable. Heating/cooling systems need upgrading
