Bien situé mais pas terrible.
Pros:

Hôtel relativement bien situé, à proximité de la gare et métro. La rue n'est pas terrible, peu de commerces à proximité, mais accès pratique à la gare. Propreté ok.

Cons:

Accueil peu sympathique (le réceptionniste semblait dormir à l'accueil, sans se soucier des arrivants). Wifi avec peu de débit. Problème d'eau (pas d'eau froide, uniquement de l'eau très chaude ce qui est étrange). Literie pas terrible, pas d'oreiller (uniquement un coussin de décoration)

客人pm3點多到 櫃檯說pm4:00才能check in ，還告知提前入住要再加錢@@感覺很不好 ；一般來說pm3點就可入住才對，有問題用手機飯店即時通問也沒回應~，飯店不提供牙刷跟牙膏也可以備註讓房客知悉，沒有規劃曬衣區及洗衣房之類的

It is near Busan station and has sky lounge where we can enjoy Busan night view

Cons:

The room isn’t soundproof, we heard the foot step of upper floor’s room. It was very annoying. There is no hanger or closet in the room.

需要非常小心～
住宿前一天還有用mail和飯店聯絡確定住宿細節，也有得到回覆。
晚上8:00我們坐船抵達飯店後，發現預約被飯店擅自取消，已經給其他人住宿。（應該是他們overbook或想取得更好住宿價格)
飯店擅自取消我們的住宿，原因為住房當天月16:00p.m.飯店mail我們沒有回復（因為坐船去釜山，海上沒有網路）。
我們不太會韓文，和飯店人員交談，他們不會英文。且態度極差，說無法處理。
如果當他其他飯店都沒有了，我們就得露宿街頭。
請大家一定要注意這家飯店～

通常の料金なら立地の良さからも候補になるが致し方ないとはいえ、この価格ならもう絶対に宿泊しない
Pros:

釜山駅にも近く隣りがコンビニ
BTSライブの為、かなりの高価格だったせいもあり、BTSのシールをくれました。

Cons:

BTSのライブの為とはいえ1泊6万円以上は高過ぎるホテルでした。
ホテルのレベルや立地、状況など加味しても高過ぎると思います。

変なフロントスタッフは辞めたの？
Pros:

駅から近い
以前いた無愛想なフロントスタッフがいなかった

Cons:

部屋の照明が点滅してた
　夜中だったからフロントに言わなかったけど、気味が悪かった
　風呂場の排水口が詰まってた
