不好，睡得很擠，又很熱

距離車站很近

Cons:

我們家庭9個人，預定三個房間的家庭房，結果到房間之後，其中一間是用密碼鎖上鎖的，另外一間房間是沒有冷氣空調的，想向服務人員反應，但等了30幾分鐘櫃檯人員都沒有出現，導致其中4個人只能窩在客廳睡覺，而且沒有窗簾，隔天退房時反應，櫃台告知我們，他只是臨時工，沒辦法處理。

Clean room - washed with bleach which you can smell

Cons:

1. Price gouging during BTS concert in June 2026. The rate was $400/night when the standard of the hotel is more in line with $50-60/night.

2. Calls itself a business hotel (on the main door) and it gives condoms with the amenities. What kind of "business" happens here? Never in my life have I stayed at a hotel that does this.

3. Hangers x2 are used to hang hotel robes, no more.

4. Shows on Booking as 3* - it's more 2*. Room is sparse and furniture is tired

Cons:

Vi fick inte det rumet som vi beställt, utan ett annat som var sämre för det höga pris vi betalat. Högt pris för att det var Kosert i Stan.
Väldigt besviken över ersättnigrummet vi fick då de bokat in annan gäst i der vi bokat. Vi fick heller ingen etsättning för deras misstag.

Pros:

Our booking was confirmed and fully paid, yet we were denied check-in upon arrival due to room unavailability.
Initially, we were asked to cancel our reservation. Later, we were informed that we could only stay from June 8–11, as the rooms for June 12–13 were no longer available—possibly due to the BTS concert period.
With nowhere else to go, we were forced to find another hotel at the last minute. Fortunately, Business Hotel Busan Station accommodated us and offered fair rates despite the high demand and major event taking place during our stay.

Cons:

We do not recommend this hotel at all, especially during major events. Even with a confirmed and fully paid reservation, there's a high chance you may not be able to check in due to room unavailability.

If not for BTS concert, I wouldn’t consider staying here.too expensive for the room provided

The hotel is too old and too expensive
Would have expected better for the price paid
And you don’t have to call us at 11 plus in the morning to remind us to checkout at 12pm.other hotels I stayed in myeongdong don’t do that..
The hotel towel provided is too small for bath use
The bed is too hard and not comfortable at all.

La habitación y el baño fueron mucho más grande de lo que esperaba, todo muy limpio. Hay un CU cerca y a 7 minutos caminando de la estación de bus, y a menos de 2 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes de Busan

Lo único, las toallas para el cuerpo son chicas. Entiendo que es algo cultural, asi que si sos del extranjero lleva una toalla grande. Todo lo demás impecable
