Cons:

The noise from other room/apartments near by. Soft closing doors would be beneficial.

Clean and friendly property at the top end of town.
Pros:

Clean and quiet

Cons:

There were lights in the room, for example on the intercom and key holder, that were uncomfortably bright and made it difficult to sleep until a way of covering them was found. The aircon was effective but noisy.
Lots of ‘lost souls’ gathered around the exit.
