Comfortable stay in convenient location
Pros:

Comfortable, compact studio room with adequate facilities and short walk to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

No balcony, so no access to fresh air! Living space quite small - room enough to get around bed but not much more than that. No top sheet on bed (though one was provided when requested - but King size for a Queen size bed...). No option to use stairs rather than lift.

Comfortable, easy to find, great location

Cons:

Reception staff took 15 mins per customer to check in. Maybe longer. And for both myself and my friends on a seperate floor- cleaning staff walked in at around 0900 (1 hour BEFORE check out time 10:00AM) to clean the room. My friends were basically pressured to leave and check out early.

Our stay exceeded all expectations..
Pros:

Check in and check out was seamless, All Staff were extremely helpful. West facing balcony was awesome for sunsets. Room and all facilities were very clean.

Cons:

Communication before and after a unplanned evacuation after midnight could of been better.
