Good location, will stay again.
Pros:

Clean room, aircon and facility was great. Lovely view.

Cons:

Re booked the same room, card access did not work, has to arrange pickup of keys.

I’m not sure whether they allocate their worst rooms to Booking.com users, but, despite booking months in advance, we felt like we’d been given the worst room. The outlook was of an apartment building only metres away, so zero privacy. The room was poorly maintained and not particularly clean. One of the two lifts wasn’t working, so huge waiting times. The room was right in front of the lift, so noisy, and right above the pool, so more noise. Not a great experience.

Cons:

Just the reception staff. Were not polite. Quite rude, not welcoming and very bland and minimal responses to questions. Made me feel like not staying there and unwelcome. Appeared like they didnt want to be there. I wanted to stay another two nights but after dealing with reception i decided i would not stay agian. I ended up going elswhere for the remaining 2 nights.
