Great location. Staff were really helpful.
Lack of cutlery and crockery in the kitchen meant we were always having to wash up rather than load the dishwasher
We liked the room and the kichenette which we used quite a lot during our stay , the bathroom was a good size with a powerful shower. The housekeeping staff were brilliant changing towels etc. We enjoyed the food we ate in the restaurant and relaxed in the pool.The location was great for exploring Darwin by foot and using the free buses.

The rooms were great. Lots of space and really comfortable.
The restaurant was terrible. The food was not good.
Comfortable, compact studio room with adequate facilities and short walk to restaurants and shops.
No balcony, so no access to fresh air! Living space quite small - room enough to get around bed but not much more than that. No top sheet on bed (though one was provided when requested - but King size for a Queen size bed...). No option to use stairs rather than lift.

Comfortable, easy to find, great location
Reception staff took 15 mins per customer to check in. Maybe longer. And for both myself and my friends on a seperate floor- cleaning staff walked in at around 0900 (1 hour BEFORE check out time 10:00AM) to clean the room. My friends were basically pressured to leave and check out early.
