Awesome
Pros:

The 2 giant wolves were goofy and friendly. I loved them. The owners were also very kind, and the atmosphere of the place is peaceful, quiet, and friendly.

Very run down.
Pros:

Our first room smelled really moldy and didn’t have the sitting area mentioned when booking, because a dog of the previous guest ate the couch. The bathroom door handle was falling off as did the fixture in the bath. We asked if that could be fixed and they answered that they won’t fix it because it’s too old.
We moved to a different room, that didn’t have a sitting area either and the hot shower didn’t work. They sent someone up to fix it and he said it’s broken and he will get back to us. He didn’t and we had to have cold showers until the next day. The hot water kept being a hit and miss after the ‘repair’. The mattress was very worn out. Sitting down ( remember, there was no sitting area ) you went right through and sleeping wasn’t comfortable either. A day later the fridge quit and we kept drinking warm water until it was fixed.
They are building a new building beside this one and my guess would be that nothing gets repaired for a while already focussing on the new building. As of now I can not recommend SB Park Mansion.

Amazing stay in Phuket
Pros:

Very good value for the money.
well located near Central Festival Phuket.
Staff very friendly and helpful recommend to everyone
The lady at the front office is very smiling person and arrange all transportation and tour during our stay at a good price.
There is a mini mart inside the hotel open almost 24 hours.
