Not clean and unprofessional they use different hotel name than what I booked I forced to check out early without refund

窓が閉まらないので騒音が激しい！

某パチンコパチスロ店近く。周辺に食事や買い物ができるお店あり。日本食屋も近くに。チェックアウト日の早朝にランドリーを出しましたが、チェックアウト（12:00）までに間に合わせてもらえました。

Sparkling clean (even the kettle was sparkling on the inside), cleaned daily, short walk to a nice stretch of beach, good food nearby, very fliendly staff. Would stay again.

ホテルの部屋は思ってたより狭かったけど
部屋の綺麗さは気にならなかった！
部屋の中に椅子があったのでそこで化粧とか
しやすくて良かったです。

まぁしいて言えば部屋の中のテーブルの上に
小さい蟻がいたけど私は気にならない程度でした！
安い値段だし海からも歩いて5分以内で行けるし
また泊まってもいいなって思うところでした！

でも部屋の中にセーフティボックスがなくて
パスポートなど置いて行くのが怖かったので
受付に預けた所袋に入れてテープでぐるぐる巻きにしてサインしてそこのエントランスに置いとく
みたいな感じでした笑 エントランスにセキリュティボックスあるみたいに書いてたけどないみたいです。でも中身も減ってなかったし（お財布の金）まぁ大丈夫だと言えるでしょう！

WiFiもふつうに通じました！

GWに利用しました。暑いのは仕方ないことなのですが、湿気と空調がもう少し改善できればなぁと。扇風機が埃っぽく使う気になれなかった…。隣の部屋の音は気になりますが、外の音はさほど気にならず、海沿いを選んで良かったです。

딱 가격만큼의 퀄리티에여. 낡은 모텔 혹은 고급 여관느낌ㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 하우스키핑도 잇고 호텔흉내는 냅니당. 일잔 싸잖아요!ㅋㅋㅋ

Resonable price ! Not much fun around..

직원들이 다들 친절하고 좋아요. 아침 7시에 도착하게 되서 얼리체크인을 했어야 했는데 방이 있어서 너무 친절하게 얼리체크인을 도와줬어요. 모르는 지역이나 위치도 알려주고 방도 깨끗하고 넓은편이예요. 해변이랑도 가까워서 좋았어요. 주변에 필요한 가게들도 다 있어요.

If your coming to Da Nang it seems that construction is the main thing happening so your probably book a hotel next to a new hotel being built.This hotel had some work going on next door but not to bad a noise.Overal I would stay here again a couple minute walk to the beach 30-40 minute walk over the dragon bridge to get to the bars or get a taxi there it's a nice walk and easy to get to one straight road.Many seafood restaurants all around Da Nang nothing seems to be in one place.This hotel felt new lovely room and good wifi..

strongly recommended, close to everything, excellent staff and also there is a laundry by the hotel to wash your clothes

Overall pleasant. Not the cleanest sheets but good value for the money

I stayed in this hotel only for one night.
The staff seemed not to understand my English ( Could be because of my Japanese accent. ), so I had a hard time asking things. The location is good for relaxing purpose because it's about 10 minutes walk from My Khe Beach, but if you want to enjoy visiting places like the marble mountain, i would not recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and clean, but depending on the time of use, you cannot get the hot water shower.

The hotel is a good budget hotel and near our the beach as well as to a local market and a lot restaurants.
The room was spacious enough for two people with backpackers. The bathroom was ok.

All in all a convenient alternative in the second row to the beach.

以這樣的價錢來說，飯店算是蠻值得的，離海灘近，附近又有雜貨店，海產快炒店，下次會再來住這，省下的錢可以吃很多美食。

귀국 비행기가 밤 비행기라서, half day stay 목적으로 하루 숙박을 잡았습니다.
가격 대비 깔끔한 호텔이었고, 비슷한 목적으로 추천하고 싶습니다.

위치는 미케해변 바로 근처이고, 도보로 접근 가능 거리에 괜찮은 레스토랑도 있습니다. (Tripadvisor 검색)
방은 크지 않지만 깔끔했고, 욕실도 깔끔했습니다.

불편했던 점은 두 가지였는데, 위치가 위치인지라 꽤나 외부 소음이 있었고, 뜨거운 물이 아니라 미지근한 (딱 샤워하는데 무리 없을 정도) 물만 나왔다는 점입니다.
두 가지 모두 엄청나게 불편한 정도는 아니었고, 그럭저럭 나쁘지 않았습니다.. (소음은 저녁에 check-out을 해서 불편이 없었습니다.)

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in September. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when trying to find a cab to the airport in the pouring rain. Location is excellent, 5-10 minute walking distance to the beach, local restaurants all around, about a 15 minute walk to Dragon Bridge. We only took a cab to and from the airport aside from that we rented a motorbike from a very nice woman directly across the street from the hotel for 100,000thb ($4.45USD for the whole day). We rode up the coast to the Lady Buddha, Marble Mountain and even down south to Hoi An in one day.
The room was in good condition but the bed was very hard. Although, we didn't spend a lot of time in the room they had HBO and STAR movies in English. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. We didn't have much of a view (4 floor) but the receptionist recommended for next time to stay higher up. Overall a really good experience and would definitely stay here again.

the hotel is pretty new and clean. it locates near the beach so it may need to take taxi to the other side of the bridge. we booked a standard double room and which was with windows. we were surprised with this price there was windows offered, not looking for any view just want some fresh air and sunlight. the room is a bit small, barely can fit two chairs and for you to walk..air con was good. the staff was very helpful even though their english is not very good. but they quickly fixed all the things that we asked for, the wifi, toilet paper, hairdryer, taxi... the only bad thing is the water pressure for shower was too small. for a girl with long hair like me needa spend like 30 mins on just washing my hair... the staff said may be because the room is on 8th. so long hair gals aviod high floor. i was staying for one night only so it was fine. and with such price really cant ask for more. definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is 4 months new. Very nice building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hardly anyone spoke English. But made up for it in their desire to help. I have just 2 complaints. 1. The cable tv was sporadic and I moved to another hotel because of this. 2. The maids forgot to leave water bottles and towels one day. This was fixed after I called the desk. They change the sheets every 3 days which seems normal here, but i didn't like that part. I am a solo traveler and to get one extra towel I had to booked for 2 people. It was an extra $1.50 a day in the price, but worth it. If they had fixed the cable I would still be there. But it was not fixed after complaining 2 times. But its a very nice and new building. They have a generator for blackouts which happened twice while I was there. I think they will fix the cable after this review. so please book it if your in Da nang. Next door was a Drop off laundry that was convenient and open 24 hours, $2 for 2 kilos was a great price and I still use them.
