Affordable. Bright. Close to beach. Good for what we needed
Pros:

Very affordable and 1 minute walk to the beach.

Cons:

Since there is no staff on property some adults were smoking at the pool even while in the pool so we could not take our kids at times. Spare room tv didn’t work they did offer to sent maintenance but we didn’t want anyone there while we were out. The dresser drawers didn’t close in that room either.

Stayed at a different unit of Sandy Shores with no issues
Pros:

Convenient access to the beach

Cons:

Noisy neighbors kept us up at night and woke us up in the morning yelling at each other or their toddler. Then our last night killed a cock roach in my bedroom. Had not experienced any the whole week. So wondering if the guests that newly checked in brought them with them.

I still had an amazing time

I liked that it wasn't far from the beach and we could just walk across

Cons:

That i had to switch rooms and they said it wasn't gonna take that long but it took 4 hours away from my day waiting on them

Everyone was satisfied with our stay at this location.
Pros:

The accommodations were exactly what my family needed during our stay. Excellent staff. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

As previously mentioned, the parking is tight but doable. No problems. Just take your time getting it done. It is designed for compact vehicles but other folks were able to get larger vehicles parked. Def not a deal breaker.
