A little disappointing to find that there were no rooms ready when I arrived at 15:45. Housekeeping were very behind. The staff were very apologetic and gave me a drink and snack voucher. However, not great having to sit in reception after cycling 50+ miles in hot weather. Hopefully this is not common.

Lack of the requested cot
De gastvrijheid met mijn moeder en katjes 2 kamers...was duur maar alles was perfect en vooral de vriendelijke mensen die ons overal mee hielpen...ik vind dit beste van der valk hotel die ik al in mijn leven heb gehad en het diner de scholfilet/ zalm duo vis was beste dat ik ooit heb gegeten en mijn ouwe zieke moedertje wordt overal mee geholpen ...is echt een aanrader...wij komen zeker terug met onze katjes...iedereen vond het ook leuk en mooie katjes wij ook blij dat we airco hadden met die hittegolf...we hebben in een droom bij jullie effe geleefd zeer tevreden dank jullie allemaal ❤️🌹💋😻😻☺️🐾
