The location and the decor is really lovely.
views were stunning
The room and bathroom was really small. We had room 9. It had a double bed for two people but was up against a wall.
The location.
Size of the rooms and the Continental breakfast.

View amazing, seals seen from the bedroom window, luxury toiletries (Land and Water), very comfortable bed. Very convenient for St Ives harbour. All the shops were friendly, more than enough pubs and restaurants to cater (veggie). Can’t recommend enough.
The tiny sink in bathroom with shelf blocking it from above was very awkward (room 11). But this was a minor annoyance compared to all the positives and was the only negative.
