The breakfast was of a high quality .A great choice on the menu . Excellent extras like pastries ,juice ,fruit and endless coffee and tea .....
The best thing about the hotel for me was being on the rocks and listening to the sea rolling in ...

View amazing, seals seen from the bedroom window, luxury toiletries (Land and Water), very comfortable bed. Very convenient for St Ives harbour. All the shops were friendly, more than enough pubs and restaurants to cater (veggie). Can’t recommend enough.
The tiny sink in bathroom with shelf blocking it from above was very awkward (room 11). But this was a minor annoyance compared to all the positives and was the only negative.
Views are amazing. Decore is lovely. Friendly staff. Bottle of Proscecco in room for our 20th year anniversary.
Didnt get my starter, cold liver parfit. Wife had cooked scallops all eaten before waitress came to apologise but still no dish in hand. Food manager came up later, apologised said they would see what happened and never came back. No reduction in price or token gesture.
Parking is major issue but park and ride is a good solution.
Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely room and view. Very good breakfast. Great location. Good atmosphere and great place to relax for a coffee or drink in the bar restaurant with standing view.
Balcony and windows could been cleaner.
Small room and bathroom.
breakfast was available until 11am and it as delicious with an incredible view with multiple seals💕
had trouble opening the milk bottle top on top tight had to drink it black
prices unaffordable for us in summer :(
Location
No self service coffee and tea machine at breakfast
Stunning location recently totally refurbished to amazing standards
Nothing
Location is the big selling point at Pedn Olva but the recent renovation is a definite improvement. Now feels more stylish and comfortable as well as having the best hotel views in town.
Location good with amazing views
Room was completely oversold as a luxury double. The room was actually smaller than the en suite at a similarly priced hotel in Cornwall. Room was not serviced one day and we ran out of toilet roll! Very disappointing
Breakfast was great, service was great and the bar , very friendly staff. Room was amazing , and so was the view
WiFi wasn't great
