Create comforts with the best view of St Ives
Pros:

Incredible family room with balcony and view of the harbour and town. Very comfortable, well stocked snacks and fridge, amazing shower. Really close to the centre of St Ives and the train station.

Cons:

TV in the room has got to be at least 15 years old with no SMART features, disappointing but not a deal breaker

Location is fantastic Panoramic sea views, modern, comfortable, well run hotel

Cons:

Too many dogs which aren't particularly well controlled. At one point as many dogs as people. Didn't like the fact owners allowed their animals up on the furniture and unfortunately the Staff didn't rectify this. On the last night of our stay the people staying in the room above us were inconsiderate from 6am in the morning.

Excellent hotel in St Ives
Pros:

Great location, lovely and clean. The signature room was perfect and breakfast was excellent.
Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating

Cons:

Better directions to parking.
It would have been very helpful if the website pointed out the train station parking was the car park to use and that they have designated parking spaces

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

Beautifully renovated. We booked the standard double so weren’t expecting much but our windows from the bedroom and bathroom were right on the rocks to the sea. One of the nice hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
The included breakfast was delicious and with the most incredible view to the sea. Could have sat there forever.

Pros:

Tolle Lage auf einem Felsen zwischen 2 Stränden und dennoch sehr zentral, gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer

Cons:

Nur das Waschbecken im Bad war viel zu klein ud konnte kaum benutzt werden, nach Reklamation wurde uns die komplette Parkgebühr erlassen, - eine sehr großzügige Geste

Beautiful location, fantastic staff.
Cons:

Room 23 was a little bit noisy due to restaurant above. Foot steps, chairs being moved etc. Plus the room is opposite the cleaners store room and so lots of talking in the corridor outside our room early in morning.
