A great choice for families
Pros:

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The entire facility was well maintained.

Muy positiva. en caso de tener que volver a ir a la ciudad, no dudaria en volver al hotel.
Pros:

El desayuno excepcional, abundante y con variedad suficiente para elegir lo que uno queria. La zona de gimnasio aunque no muy grande, estaba bien equipada.

Comfortable hotel in picturesque area of Sarajevo.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. I had a room that overlooked the river, which was nice. My room was spacious and comfortable. What I really liked was the charger on the table next to my bed. I could just put my phone down and it would charge, very much like the chargers you would see in electric cars today. I have never seen a charger like that in any hotel I stayed at before. I liked the buffet breakfast, and the options for dinner. I also liked the rooftop bar. There, you had a panoramic view of Sarajevo. The fact that the hotel was close to the main river in Sarajevo made the hotel easy to find after a day exploring the city. I also liked that I had a room on the same floor as the gym. Another bonus, is that you can see the cutlery used during the Sarajevo Winter Olympics in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Cons:

The gym allowed me to get some exercise, but there could have been more equipment in the gym, like a rowing machine. There isn’t much to complain about in the hotel.

Amazing location and ticks every box for a short stay.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Close to both old town and the shopping malls with a supermarket super close and the area we felt was very safe.
Room very comfortable.
Room was prepared for us early due to our early arrival which was brilliant.

Cons:

Dining options were good but limited.
Some staff were superb and helpful but others lacked that little extra service that makes a guest feel truly looked after.
