If I could give Hotel Plaza 10 stars, I would do it. The staff and manager are exceptionally helpful. Daniel, the manager, personally took me to the bus station and helped me correct an error in our tickets. The Hotel is located in El Centro right behind the Cathedral in pedestrian zone. Not to be missed is their cooked breakfast on the 4th floor with a deck that overlooks the city. It's very walkable to banks and restaurants and we truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Plaza.
