Pros:

I know nothing about the breakfast as we chose to find another hotel

Cons:

We checked and rejected 3 different rooms due to very strong mildew order.. Reception desk said all rooms had just been redone and they did look clean. However, the pervasive odor in all three rooms led me to think the air ducts had not been cleaned and were harboring mold. We refused to stay and drove another 4 miles to another hotel where we spent 2 very enjoyable nights

The sheets were not clean they were stained with blood and dirty and there was garbage on the floor in the room and inside the lobby was extremely hot .

Ridiculous
Pros:

Make the drive to go a little farther into lacrosse to stay. I have stayed at this hotel for many years now and each year things tend to get a bit worse, this time was the breaking point. The bathroom was dirty and the lights were flickering & went out. We talked with management and they were incredibly unhelpful. All they said was “contact Wyndham directly”.

Pros:

A great valued overnight in the Coulee region. Comfortable hot tub and a tasty breakfast. Would stay there again if visiting West Salem/Onalaska
