great hotel for early surgery at the UW Hospital. was grateful for safe, close an clean place
Pros:

the room layout, security measures in accessing hotel, room and parking. Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. our room was very clean.

Cons:

the bed was okay, but a little on hard side. no pool.

Very nice staff. The extra surprise charges are not.
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice. They were welcoming & empathetic as to the reason for our visit. Being that it was an emergency due to mother in law in hospital.

Cons:

The additional prices that are added by surprise. The $100 to have my 15lb dog stay with us when they website states" charges MAY apply". I have never been charged $100 for a 2 night stay. The guest service employee reduced it to $50 + parking I was told would be $15. Yet my card was charged an extra $110. I do not like these extra surprise charges once we arrived when our situation was already a stressful one. We drove 6+ hrs because our mother was taken by ambulance for emergency heart surgery and we were not sure she was going to make it. It was alot. Paying $398 for 2 night stay and then all of these additional charges was not an experience Id like to have again.

Clean and perfect location
Pros:

Clean, modern, full kitchen, friendly staff, key card elevators, breakfast included. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, cafes, markets, just a block away from the Link light rail station where you can catch a train to go to Pike Place, downtown, Space Needle, UW and even to the airport which was very convenient, comfortable, easy and very inexpensive compared to Uber/Lyft. Definitely coming back here. Highly recommend. 👍
