I like the fact that it has all the amenities of a studio apartment: pots, pans, cutlery, cups, etc.,
That it wasn't a studio apartment
Property was spacious and well maintained. Our room was large, well laid out and appointed; the bathroom was especially nice. Very nice breakfast. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable.
The rooms are very well appointed with full kitchen and plenty of space. It's not too far to the University metro stop or the campus. Breakfast is decent and there's more spacious seating options than at a lot of hotels with included breakfast.
The fee for the parking, but there is parking on the street if you pay attention to the metered times.
It felt safe. It was clean. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced.
The price. But, it was equivalent or better than other in the area. The parking lot is so tight. We have a minivan and it felt like we barely fit.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected. Location was great for visiting University of Washington.
King Suite had nice kitchen complete with everything we needed to make our own meals. Parking garage was clean and secure, easy to access.
Facility should post "Quiet Hours". Our neighbors partied until after midnight without regard to others.
The studio was large and comfortable. We were able to play games at the dining table. We were visiting the University of Washington and were able to walk there for our tour. We would stay there again.
We didn't love the breakfast options the days we were there. Our kids would have liked pancakes, a waffle maker and maybe biscuits. The packaged waffles and packaged breakfast sandwiches weren't great. I thought the oatmeal bar was fantastic.
Rooms were very clean and well stocked.
The front desk didn't know if my room was handicap accessible and gave me a room very far instead of the room that was ADA accessible and closer to the elevator
Very comfortable beds. Love the full kitchen. Trader Joe’s is 1 block away made for cheaper meals. Parking at the hotel is convenient. Great location, easy access to the Ave
At the time, only 1 elevator was working.
Breakfast was very good, a large selection of hot and cold items and a large area to sit down and eat. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and very comfortable. Great location near UW for our visit.

Full suite with kitchen and plenty of room.
The fold-out sofa did not fit the room, but we were comped for parking.
It was a perfect location for our purpose.
