Location was awesome! Right off the interstate and in close vicinity with restaurants and parks. The breakfast was simple but good with enough options to kick start the morning. The employees were very nice and helpful!
We were grateful to find this hotel on our long cross country road trip. We rested well here and felt rejuvenated to keep going the next day. We enjoyed a clean room, a quiet night, an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. We deeply appreciated the hot tub and pool. The pool is quite magnificent! Lots of fun things to do for kids including slides and waterfalls and the hot tub is large and comfortable in a more quiet space. This was the rest and relaxation we needed to keep going! The front desk staff are welcoming and the breakfast is good. Great coffee and protein/diabetic options. I highly recommend staying here!
It was a Marriott property.
Because I am a Marriott Bonvoy member,I expected a better maintained property.
It’s a Marriott what more needs to be said!
Nothing
Nice breakfast. Plenty of options. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Nice bedding
Rooms were clean. Liked the walk-in shower. Breakfast choices were good.
Don't stay here. Aside from the pool being large and having slides we moved from one queen suite to another. The first one had grime and I went to throw something away. First the recycling bin was full of junk and I saw at the bottom of the garbage it looked black. I opened the bag and found lots of mold! The bed sheet also must get stained from pizza because in both rooms there is a red hue to the white sheet at the end of the beds. I don't think either of us will sleep and if it wasn't for traveling with an elderly family member we would leave right away. In our second room. There is again grime around the lamps under the TV and what looks like pop stains on the wall like something ran down the wall. The TV and Internet would not work in the room. The pool deck is dirty. I am told I can't get a partial refund because they are accommodating me but I will be calling the manager tomorrow and I am informed the cleaning manager will talk to staff. They are upgrading carpeting as we speak on at least the 3rd and 4th floor, rooms smell slightly of carpet glue. The onsite front desk tried to be as accommodating as possible but overall I do not recommend. Bathrooms also need updates! Pool also needs some cleaning. Added additional photos
Update. We checked out due to continued other cleanliness issues in the second room. I was told we'd get a refund. I tried calling with no answer and I do not have a refund issued yet or pending on my account.
N/A I did not eat the breakfast at the location this time.

Had a birthday party booked for Saturday at Fairfield but had to cancel last minute due to the storm. Called ahead of the storm to ask about options, but were told no manager was available, so I kept the reservation hoping travel would still be manageable at least for friends/family in town.
NO TRAVEL advised in town on Saturday and emailed the assistant manager to see if rescheduling would be possible. No response received on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Called Thursday and finally got ahold of the assistant manager who was not helpful. He said there were no options even with the weather conditions and we would need to pay again. Tried to talk to the GM and left a voicemail but still never received anything back. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of any managers.
Nearly $300 down the drain just for 2 hours in the pool area/conference room. They don’t provide lifeguards or staff during your party. It’s simply just use of the pool area and conference room.
Figured I’d share my experience for those planning to book here, no flexibility and it has been VERY difficult to get ahold of the managers throughout.
Pool or the grand kids.
There renovating rooms & the workers started “pounding” at 0800 on our floor - BAD timing! Start “pounding” later in the morning, around checkout, when no one’s trying to sleep.
No service at all unless you request it. The most expensive hotel in Jamestown ND. The breakfast food is awful.
