Прекрасный отель и прекрасная цена ! Что для нас важное-есть бассейн и бани . Состояние всего очень хорошее, я всегда смотрю состояние плитки, затирки и качество отделки -на высоте 👌 нам сделали апгрейд на номер лучше с видом на море в честь дня рождения , торт правда так и не принесли , но принесли фрукты и орехи , может торт кончился ?😂 завтраки очень хорошие , все есть на любой вкус. Вежливый персонал. Интерьеры красивые и во дворе растут оливы

Я попал в день своего рождения. В ресепшене был молодой человек по имени Турал и высокая девушка по имени Лейла. Очень внимательные и сразу поняли что у меня сегодня день рождения и сделали мне Апгрейд БЕСПЛАТНО! . Отдельное им Спасибо огромное за то что помимо апгрейда организовали еще презент в виде торта с коллективом из ресторана. Все было на высшем уровне. В прошлый раз с Апргрейдом помогла девушка с красными волосами также по имени Лейла. Приятно иметь дело с профессионалами своего дела. От этой гостиницы уже третий раз у меня остаются хорошие впечатления. Кухня как всегда на высшем уровне. Останавливался в Мариотт JW Absheron. Там у меня остались нехорошие впечатления. Смысл мне переплачивать если в Мариотт бульваре сервис лучше. С удовольствием останавливаюсь каждый раз. Спасибо всему коллективу.
При заселении в номер был разломаныный столик ТВ (его в целом нужно отправить на реставрацию) он весь в царапинах и ручка отвалилась.
При заезде я отмечала что приезжаю на свой День Рождения, никого комплемента от отеля не было.
I love coming back to this hotel - for location, exceptional staff and overall hotel spirit. It feels a bit like you are on a seaside but city is right around the corner.
We had some issues while staying, but again this was all very genuinely resolved by the Team

Room cleaner lady Gulu was very polite and make everything very clean.
Breakfast was excellent and staff in restaurant were friendly.

Отдельную благодарность хочется выразить шеф-поварам Фуаду и Мирпаше. Каждое блюдо приготовлено с душой, всё очень вкусно, свежо и по-домашнему тепло. Видно, что они действительно любят своё дело и стараются сделать отдых гостей ещё приятнее.
Особенно хочется отметить Арзу из службы клининга. В номере всегда чисто, аккуратно и уютно. Такая забота о деталях создаёт ощущение спокойствия и комфортного отдыха.
Благодарю всю команду за искренность, внимание и атмосферу настоящего уюта.
