Хочу поблагодарить всю команду отеля за прекрасный отдых! Персонал здесь действительно замечательный — все очень вежливые, доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь. Сотрудники свободно говорят на английском, а при необходимости можно без проблем общаться и на русском языке.

Отдельно хотелось бы отметить, что нам любезно предоставили ранний заезд и поздний выезд на комплиментарной основе, за что огромное спасибо. Это сделало наше пребывание еще более комфортным. СПА-зона отличная — чисто, уютно и приятно расслабиться после прогулок по городу. Вид из номера был просто потрясающим: каждое утро и вечер открывался великолепный панорамный вид на Каспийское море.

Особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить Orkhan (Front Office Manager) и Mirali (Supervisor). Они сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание прошло идеально, всегда были внимательны, отзывчивы и профессиональны.

A Truly Remarkable Experience in Baku
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel in Baku for five days, and I want to share how wonderful my experience was. The service was absolutely amazing. I would like to specifically highlight the exceptional care provided by Alovsat and his manager, Matlab.
​They were outstanding, ensuring our comfort from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to recommend authentic, true spots in the city that we would never have found on our own—they didn't just provide a generic list of tourist recommendations. They truly helped us feel the city for what it is. I want to give extra praise to Alovsat for his incredible dedication and warm, exceptional service.
​The hotel itself is in a quiet and excellent location. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and new; I truly felt like I was at home. The room service was very efficient and kind. Additionally, the staff's English is excellent, and some even speak Russian, which was very helpful for communication.
​Thanks to this outstanding service, I will definitely return, and I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Niekada nesugrįšime į šį viešbutį! Rinkitės kitus!

Labai nusivylėme šiuo viešbučiu. Tačiau pliusai jame yra.
Gražus fojė ir didelis pusryčių pasirinkimas.
Geras baseinas.
Viskas, daugiau nieko įspūdingo.

Cons:

Labai purvina kambariuose. Grindys nesiurbtos ir nevalytos, šlykštu buvo nusiauti batus, neleidau žaisti vaikams ant grindų.

Šviesos jungtukas - vienas jungtukas išjungia visą šviesą ir įjungia. Jeigu nori uždegti šviesą tualete, vidus pažadinsi.
Langai “su vaizdu” purvini, sezonas jau prasidėjo, galėtumėte jau išsivalyti. Vaizdas realiai ant apleisto stogo, o jūra ten kažkur toli.

Dušas - apipelijęs, teka bėga ant grindų vanduo.

Buvo iš anksto prašyta atnešti vaikišką lovytę. Prie registratūros dar kartą patvirtinome, kad reikia. Niekas jos taip ir neatnešė.

Stalas nudrožtas net nemalonu prie jo sėdėti.
Televizoriaus pultas lipnus ar riebaluotas taip ir nesupratau.

Išskyrus kažkada sukurtą interjerą, šiame viešbutyje nieko žavaus. Rinkitės kitus viešbučius, kurie prižiūri savo reputaciją.

Отличное местоположение, клиентоориентированность персонала, просторные номер. Жаль только без балконов.

Cons:

Впервые 2 дня, в номере не было ванных принадлежностей (зубная паста и щетка, и тд) на 3 день все принесли.

Very comfortable in Baku with a magnificent view on the Caspian Sea
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean - with a great view to the Caspian Sea. Location is convenient. I love the well sized indoor swimming pool (about 25 meters long!). It is wonderful to use the lake promenade for morning walks.

Cons:

The walk from the lift to the room was quite long, the hotel is quite large. Perhaps more lifts, particularly nearer to the swimming pool so one does not have to walk through the lobby using a bath robe.

J'ai eu un EXCELLENT massage Suédois au spa avec une masseuse d'origine Indonésienne.
Un grand merci à l'équipe de la réception qui a été très professionnelle.
Le restaurant qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée est très bon je recommande la soupe de lentilles.
