Guest Reviews
Close to main tourist places in the city and the corniche/boulevard, offering great evening strolls. If travelling with toddlers, advisable to go with their scooters if they own one. Breakfast was great, the staff were so friendly and polite. Customer service team probably contacted every guest to make sure they provided assistance were needed. The hotel was very clean and it was unbelievable how they change the sheets and towels every day. I would definately come back here.

Everything! The staff was amazing and helpful and everything was literally perfect! I was travelling solo and not even for once did I have to face any issues at the hotel 🥳🥳 will def stay again🥳💗

They were all incredibly kind, helpful, and caring with our family. After an unfortunate misunderstanding with one of the guests, the hotel staff handled the situation professionally and thoughtfully, and kindly surprised us with cake and a fruit salad as a gesture of care and compensation.
We truly appreciate their hospitality and warm treatment, which made our stay much more comfortable and memorable. Thank you all for your wonderful service!
من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها بباكو.
الموقع رائع على البوليفارد وقريب من كل الأماكن الحلوة، والغرف واسعة ونظيفة جداً مع إطلالة هادئة على بحر قزوين.
الخدمة كانت ممتازة وطاقم الفندق محترم ومتعاون خصوصاً مع الأطفال، والفطور متنوع ولذيذ.
الفندق مناسب جداً للعائلات وللناس اللي بدها إقامة مريحة وفخمة بنفس الوقت.
أكيد رح أرجعله مرة ثانية وأنصح فيه لأي شخص يزور باكو ❤

Я просто поражаюсь отсутствием качества услуг у такой гостиницы с международным брендом. Уборка в номерах по своему усмотрению. Попросил ресепшн убраться, так уборщицы в отместку забрали все полотенца и оставили комнату грязной. Пошёл жаловаться duty manager, после чего уборщицы просто принесли полотенца, халаты и ванные приборы и бросили на кровать и на пол. Показал фото duty manager, тот пообещал разобраться, но время прошло и ничего не происходило. Я уже боюсь, что то ещё сказать, так как эти уборщицы могу обокрасть меня или поломать мои вещи...
