Хороший отель, номерной фонд чуть подустали, но в целом не критично. Завтраки тоже на уровне. Бассейн и СПА зона тоже понравились. Локация удобная, можно и пешком до ТЦ, можно и на такси. Без доплаты разрешили ранний заезд и поздний выезд.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff for such a warm and welcoming experience. From the very first moments, you can feel the high level of service — every team member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
I would especially like to mention Masim, Emil, and Kenan — truly amazing people and outstanding professionals. They made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning: elegant, stylish, and truly luxurious. We were kindly upgraded to a room with a city view, and it was simply breathtaking, especially in the evening.
The pool and spa area deserve special recognition — the atmosphere there is incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding and recharging.
Breakfast was another highlight: an impressive variety of dishes to suit every taste. We have rarely seen such a wide selection.
It was especially thoughtful of the team to celebrate my wife’s birthday and surprise her with a cake — it meant a lot to us.
I would gladly rate this hotel 10000/10! We will definitely be back.

Nice personel and very good value for the money
Вежливый и внимательный персонал, хороший бассейн , вода комфортная , завтраки вкусные, уборку делают ежедневно , меняют полотенца и халаты вовремя, докладывают мыло, кофе, чай , приборы и воду ежедневно ( очень внимательный персонал) , мы прилетели в 6 утра и нас заселили утром и дали хороший номер с видом на море , Спасибо ALOVSAT , Tural, также организовали поздний выезд
Длинный коридор , очень долго идти до номера , лифт далеко очень , мебель в номере старая, обшарпанная
