Front desk staff Frangris was not copperative
Cons:

Frangris at front desk officer was not cooperative. All other staff is wonderful and polite.

I stay at hotel for more than week and upon checout we request to give 5 minutes extra and the request was denied. There was no occupany issue on booking.com as well. So after refusing the request we ready our luggage on time deadline and nobody came to take luggage more than 15 20 minutes.
All other front desk staff was superb polite and always take care of the guest. I think the girl frangris need some more professional training how to handle the guests
