Nice stay in the Baku Eye area
Pros:

- location is very good, right across from the Baku Eye
- breakfast is excellent, great variety of products to choose from
- very comfy bed and nice view from the balcony

Cons:

- furniture and bathrooms are a bit outdated, some of the wooden furniture was damaged (TV and bed frame), the office chair's fabric was a tad damaged as well.

Sheraton Baku Intourist—what a wonderful team you have!

I have travelled to many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, but the staff at Sheraton Baku Intourist are truly exceptional. Many people contributed to making our stay so memorable, and I would especially like to recognise a few of them.

First and foremost is Mr. Orkhan. Gentleness is in his nature, and his warm smile is unforgettable. We may have been tired when we first met him, but his kindness and welcoming personality immediately lifted our spirits. We were truly mesmerised by his hospitality.

The housekeeping service at the hotel is excellent. Mr. Orkhan also went beyond his regular responsibilities and helped arrange pure vegetarian meals for us at the restaurant, with the support of Chef Ramin and Chef Reyhan. Both chefs were extremely friendly, considerate, and attentive to our dietary requirements. Their delicious vegetarian food (Veg Biryani and Parantha) made our stay even more comfortable.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Jeyhun Mammadov and Mr. Mirza. They were always helpful, approachable, and ready to resolve any matter promptly.

Our stay at Sheraton Baku Intourist was truly lovely because of this incredible team. Thank you all for your warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. We will always remember our wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again!

We had an excellent experience in your hotel, the reception team were so nice and cooperative. Also the service was good.
Breakfast was really delicious more than other hotels we went before, we hope we can book again in your hotel in our coming visit to Azerbaijan.
