Je suis passée par un autre site pour réserver la chambre. On a reçu u aucun code pour pouvoir rentrer dans l'hôtel vers 22h30. Il fallait utiliser la borne extérieure qui ne reconnaissait pas notre réservation. Concernant la chambre, mon oreiller était taché et il n'y a ait que deux serviettes pour deux personnes. C'est un peu juste.

Excellente nuit mais problème de code d'accès
Pros:

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit, calme et confortable. L'hôtel est bien situé et facile d'accès.
Seul problème : le code d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas (ça a aussi été le cas pour un autre client) et il nous a fallu attendre l'ouverture de l'accueil, parfaitement à l'heure, pour déposer nos bagages

Le code expédié par mail pour accéder à l’hôtel n’était pas bon, il a fallut appeler. Un petit ratage au démarrage. Tout le reste était très bien.
