De passage en Dordogne sur le retour des vacances, nous avons passé 1 nuit en famille a 4 l hôtel BB pour visiter Lascaux le lendemain.
Hotel tres bien pour notre besoin
Acceuil chaleureux et bonnes prestations.
Les filles ont particulièrement apprécié les lits enfants a l étage.

J'étais déçue en arrivant, en fait c'est un ancien campanile avec des coursives et pas d'ascenseur. Mais finalement j'ai apprécié mon séjour, et c'est aussi dû à l'accueil que j'ai eu, vraiment épatant.

Concernant la chambre, c'était correct propre et une bonne literie.
Par contre la salle de bain, ce n'était pas propre du tout. Dans le lavabo, trace de crasse, et ce n'était pas incrusté car j'ai frotté avec mon doigt et cela partait. Quant à la brosse des toilettes, elle n'avait pas été nettoyer.

Un week-end en Dordogne
Pros:

Personne à l'arrivée 15h30. Un robot pournous donner notre chambre. Sauf que mauvais fonctionnement.
Appel a la borne. On nous a répondu gentiment. Il faut juste mettre le prenom pas le reste. Oups.
Petit déjeuner tres bien et des receptionnistes super agréable et tres gentille.

Premier contact un automate....après contact avec la personne en astreinte la récupération de la chambre s´est déroulée sans problème.

Great, easy and nice
Pros:

La responsable super sympa et prêt à aider....le service facile pour l'enregistrement, le départ ou la commande d'une pizza était tout simplement incroyable facile et vite.....je n'hésiterai pas à séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel lorsque je reviendrai dans la région.
