Хорошее расположение, замечательный вид с террасы, чистые комнаты, заботливый персонал. Завтрак из многочисленных блюд местной кухни (очень вкусных).

Хороший отель с отличным месторасположением!
Pros:

Главный плюс это месторасположение, Айя София, Голубая мечеть, дворец Топкапы, Цистерна Базилика, все рядом. Номера не плохие, чисто, уборка каждый день. В реальности номер лучше чем на фото. Чай, кофе , воду каждый день в номере обновляют. Завтраки вкусные, но хотелось бы не много разнообразия, но в целом не плохо и голодными не останетесь . Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, возникшие вопросы решают оперативно, понравились работники в столовой, доброжелательные, улыбчивые! Есть желание вернуться!

Cons:

Понравилось все, но если бы жили дольше недели хотелось разнообразия завтраков.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and kind staff from the kitchen. 7/8 min from Aya Sophia/ blue mosque area. If you about 5 minutes you can get to Sultanahmet team station from where you can explore Istanbul

Cons:

There is a terrace with a beautiful sea view, however there is no shade or umbrella on the tables so going in July as we did you can only sit in the late afternoon, in the daytime there's no shade

The shops and restaurants around are very expensive/tourist prices, the breakfast was lovely but for lunch and dinner we chose to go to other areas with more reasonably priced food.

Also, I think SIM cards here are much more expensive than other parts of Istanbul

Zeer vriendelijke personeel, basis kamer die voldoet aan alle comfort (prive badkamer, tv, koelkast, airco) gezellig rooftop terrasje en perfecte ligging, heel dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden in Sultanahmed.

Cons:

Ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde en zeer Turks. Ik zou opteren voor minder en meer afwisseling. Voor mij als Europeaan iets minder aantrekkelijk.

Отель находимся очень удачно - вблизи всех основных достопримечательностей. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Парень по имени Картал был очень отзывчив и любезен. Всегда помогал во всех вопросах.

Pros:

Breakfast was perfect for the price, room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, water, service extremely nice. The air conditioning worked nice. Everything is super close, location is amazing. Our flight was delayed, so even got to check-in after hours. We loved our stay!

Wonderful staff, but the air conditioning needs improvement.

* The staff were exceptionally kind and made my stay much more enjoyable.
* They gave me practical advice about sightseeing, buying attraction tickets, and avoiding tourist traps.
* They also recommended several local restaurants, and I really enjoyed the food.
* They explained the best way to get to the airport by public transport and suggested an easier route than the ones shown on Google Maps or the Transit app.
* Although laundry service was not listed among the hotel’s facilities, the front desk arranged it for me. It was even cheaper than nearby laundries (€5/kg at the time of my stay), and my clothes were returned the same evening.
* The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view.
* As described, there is no elevator, but the staff kindly helped carry my suitcase.

* スタッフは本当に親切で、旅行中とても助けられました。周辺観光で気を付けることや、観光施設のチケットの買い方など、旅行者目線で丁寧に教えてくださいました。
* イスタンブールで見るべき場所や所要時間、おすすめのローカル向けレストランもいくつも紹介していただき、観光も食事も楽しめました。
* 帰りの交通手段もとても丁寧に教えてくださり感謝しています。空港までは渋滞を避けるためメトロと電車だけで向かいましたが、GoogleマップやTransitアプリでは表示されない、乗り換えの少ない便利なルートを教えていただけました。
* ランドリーサービスはホテルの案内にはありませんでしたが、フロントでお願いすると手配していただけました。周辺のランドリーより価格も安く（宿泊当時5ユーロ/kgでご案内いただきました。予め調べた周辺施設は300TR/kgなど）、16時頃に預けて20時過ぎには受け取ることができ、とても便利でした。
* ルーフトップからの眺めが良かったです。
* エレベーターはありません（ホテルの説明どおり）が、スタッフがスーツケースを運んでくださいました。

* The air conditioner in my room was running, but it did not produce any cold air. Even in late June, I had to keep both the window and the door open to make the room bearable.
* I asked the night staff if I could change rooms or borrow a fan, but I was told the hotel was fully booked and no fan was available.
* I also contacted Booking.com during my stay, but unfortunately the issue was not resolved before I checked out.

Hotel centrale, comodo e pulito, con una bellissima terrazza!
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, colazione dolce e salata abbondante (con anche piatti tipici locali), posizione centrale, ma più tranquilla di altre zone della città e camera pulitissima!

Cons:

Nulla, mi è piaciuto tutto!

Pros:

Отель расположен в историческом центре, до остановки трамвая 10 мин пешком, на соседней улице рестораны, супермаркеты. Завтрак вкусный, но ассортимент не особо разнообразный. Номер небольшой, со всеми удобствами. Замечательный вид на Босфор и чаек с крыши.

Cons:

Не хватало кофе из кофемашины и пуфиков с зонтиками на крыше для отдыха от долгих прогулок.
