Pros:

スタッフが親身になって質問に答えてくれたりアドバイスしてくれました。テラスからの眺めがキレイで、主要な観光地へのアクセスも良く便利でした。

Cons:

シャワーがドアの下の隙間からトイレフロアに出てしまい、シャワーを浴びる度に拭く必要がありそこだけが残念でした。

Istanbul vale sempre il viaggio
Pros:

La posizione e la pulizia della stanza sono eccellenti; buona la colazione. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, tranne le addette alla colazione che non ci hanno mai nemmeno risposto al buongiorno.

Cons:

È stato il mio secondo soggiorno presso questa struttura; la prima volta siamo stati davvero bene, mentre questa seconda volta purtroppo no. Ci hanno detto che eravamo gli ultimi clienti della stagione e che dopo il termine del nostro soggiorno avrebbero iniziato una ristrutturazione della struttura, che indubbiamente ne ha un gran bisogno. Le stanze infatti presentavano diversi segni del tempo che ne compromettevano il comfort. Siamo certi che dopo la ristrutturazione tutto tornerà bello ed efficiente come prima.

Pros:

Me gustó las atenciones del personal, muy amables y me ayudaron con recomendaciones.

Cons:

El desayuno era muy básico, poco higiénico. Algunas zonas estaban con moho, manchadas. A la verdad no me gustó la limpieza.

Great central location and clean room in the old city center
Pros:

The location was perfect! Could not be more central. The rooms were nice and clean and the roof terrace had a good view of the surroundings.

Cons:

The breakfast was very nice, only downside was if you would have breakfast at a later time a lot of the food was cold, so might be better to get breakfast early. Also there are a lot of stairs to get to the room and no elevator but that was not a problem for us :)

Pros:

Everything went perfectly during our stay. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. We arrived very late on the first day, and they were still there to welcome us and assist us, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent: very close to the bus station that goes to the airport, within walking distance of Aya sofya, the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet, and also near public transportation, restaurants, and bazars.
We had a truly pleasant stay. Everything was well organized, clean, and in order. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

В данном отзыве буду честен. Расположение отличное, до храма Софии 4-5 мин. До набережной и шоссе Кенеди 3-4 мин. До дворца султана также. Цена не высокая совершенно. Номер в целом не плохой, немного шума с улицы - но не критично, нет рядом ни каких уличных музыкантов и т.п. Что очень важно в районе Султанахмет. Была перегоревшая лампочка и светильник "плохо" работал, но это мелочь. Неплохое место на крыше для завтраков, было относительно неплохой выбор еды для завтраков. Оценки ставил честно.

Cons:

Персонал. В целом при заселении было всё нормально. Уже по приезду мною было принято решение, что выезд нужно немного изменить и сделать более поздним. Я сообщил об это администратору за пару дней и сказал, что съеду из номера примерно в 16:00 и доплачу. В день отъезда хорошо сообразил зайти и уточнить, мне ответили, что не знают ни о каком продлении, очень долго, что то выясняли, в итоге я просто достал купюры и вопрос был закрыт. Я сказал, что съеду до 16:00. По ряду причин я задержался и прибыл в отель в 16:30 и сказал, что мне нужно 30 минут на сборы, принёс извинение. На что получил ответ, что у меня есть 10 минут, на что я культурно ответил, что это не возможно (у меня было порядком вещей, я приезжал на марафон 2 ноября) и если вопрос в деньгах, я оплачу. Мне ответили Нет, я спросил - мой номер кем то забронирован? На что, я опять получил ответ - НЕТ. На вопрос - в чём тогда дело? Я получил ответ - что у меня уже 8 минут. Я прямо сказал - U a crazy? в результате перпалки админ выскочил из-за стойки попытался ударить меня, схватил меня за плечи и орал, при это ещё угрожая, что он вызовет полицию. Без комментариев. Я собрался минут за 10-12 быстро покидав всё в несколько пакетов и забыв пару мелочей и покинул ЭТОТ отель. Возможно конечно, это был единичный случай - но больше в этот отель я точно не вернусь. Выводы делать вам - но рисковать настроением и отпуском ни кому не совету. Впервые пишу подобный отзыв - а я бывалый путешественник. Понимаю не 5 звёзд - но всё же.

great value and would stay again. close to center so walkable or take tram. train station close by
Pros:

central to the tourist area, trams and train. Nice room and cleaned when asked for (we did not want cleaning every day) They have a person on site overnight. close to a couple of small 24 hr shops and worthwhile to walk in the opposite direction to the main town as interesting streets there as well. Cat friendly place. be aware you will need to carry luggage upstairs, they helped anyway
