Beautiful location with amazing views and warm welcoming staff!
Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not strong enough for the family sized room on the top floor, but closing the curtains and using the additional electric fan helped cool down the room some more.

Pros:

The staff was very accomodating specially sir Dom at the front desk. He was very approachable and always smiling.

Cons:

The van transfer. The drivers are clueless of our destinations and driving too fast. Also the van airconditioning was not good the one that we ride goingback to pps airport.

The door leading to the balcony was a bit difficult to open, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The room is starting to look old, there were wall paint chipped. A blower in the bathroom would’ve been nice

Walking distance to everything
Pros:

This place is strategically located to be close to everything around el Nido! Beach views from the room are unforgettable. Café on the first floor is absolutely delicious.

Cons:

The amenities are quite old. The bathroom always had a funny (and definitely) not pleasant smell.

Pros:

Location was great and cafe downstairs was a bonus

Cons:

Bathroom smells so bad. I have to buy spray and toilet cleaner but it still remain. We cant leave bathroom door open because of the smell
