Pros:

Zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer (sea view upper level - room 9) en heel vriendelijk personeel. Comfortabele kamer met alles wat nodig is (airco, koelkast, warm water, kluisje…). Propere kamer. Centrale ligging.

Cons:

- kan soms wat luid zijn als iemand lawaai maakt op de gang/ receptie.

Beach view is amazing, great location and very clean.
Pros:

Location is great, walking distance from tourist drop off in old town. We were room 22 and the beach view was amazing. Basic, clean rooms, I would stay again.

Cons:

No issues - lots of stairs, I don’t think there is a lift.

Supper locatie, direct aan het strand met mooi uitzicht en net aan de rand van het drukke “centrum”.

Hôtel avec une vue magnifique et idéalement situé.
Pros:

La localisation, la vue magnifique des chambres, le café en bas de l’hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner.
Les lits étaient confortables et dans l’ensemble très calme.

Cons:

La climatisation était bruyante.

Ausblick vom Bett ist der Hammer! Super sauber. Alles etwas älter, aber gut.
Pros:

Super sauber. Hammer Ausblick! Kleines Zimmer, aber quasi direkt auf dem Strand. Näher geht es nicht. Alles an Restaurants und Geschäften zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Wasserdruck und Temperatur könnte besser sein.

Hotel needs a manager to run it
Pros:

This hotel first of all has no management, no hot or even warm water for our 3 night stay, sewer smell in our bedroom, broken sink faucet , towels are so old , thin and have holes, toilet got clogged the first day, pillows are lumpy, one of the worst hotel stays of my life , and I spend at least 60-70 days a year in hotels . Unfortunately booking.com did nothing for us and hotel management are none existing , there are so many better option all over , don’t let the location fool you , you do not need to tolerate this nightmare just for location because this makes you disgusted from everything ultimately. Also the noise from the street is unbearable 24 hours a day ; it does not get better in the middle of the night

Cons:

This is a run down place , it should shut down , remodel and fix all those major issues and renew towels and sheets and the start operation.
Also people need to know that the beach where the property is at is not swimmable , swimming is not allowed in this beach

The place to stay for a reasonably priced beach front experience.
Pros:

If you like sea views like I do this is the place to stay.
It is also in an area of the beach that is pretty quiet so you will enjoy good sleep right on the beach front.

Cons:

The facilities are pretty basic, but unfortunately this is the norm in all of Palawan unless you go for the high end resorts..
