Ich hätte mir kein Besseres Hotel suchen können. Tausend Dank <3

Ich hab lediglich eine Unterkunft für die Nacht vor meinem Ironman gesucht und hatte mich gefreut dass ich eine so nahes, gut bewertetes Hotel gefunden habe. Vor Ort wurde ich gefühlt mit Herzlichkeit überschüttet. Ich wurde sofort als Athlet wahrgenommen, mir wurde ungefragt ein Taxi-Service zum Rennstart angeboten der sogar bereits organisiert sei und man hat das Frühstück auf 4 Uhr vorgezogen, damit alle Teilnehmer sich noch ordentlich verpflegen können. Ich hab mit nichts von all dem gerechnet und die Dame war so herzlich an der Rezeption. Sie hat das komplett gelebt und war total begeistert. Um 4:30 Uhr war die selbst am Buffet, hat allen viel Erfolg gewünscht, sich um jeden Wunsch am Frühstück gekümmert, erneut allen einen Transfer angeboten und sogar vor der Tür die Taxis Organisiert. Draussen stand sogar ein handbemaltes Schild das allen Teilnehmern ein schönes Rennen wünscht. Ich war ehrlich gesagt komplett überwältigt. Auf dem echt super schönem Zimmer mit Seeblick sogar noch ne Kaffeemaschine. Ich hätte unmöglich ein besseres Hotel finden können. Aus tiefsten Herzen vielen Dank <3 Ihr habt diesen unglaublichen Tag von der ersten Minute zu etwas unvergesslichen gemacht.

Preisleistung ist diereiste Katastrophe!!!!

Lage ist top.
Personal war lösungsorientiert nachdem das ursprüngliche Zimmer einen absoluten Reinfall war.

Cons:

Das Lampe hatte „Überstrom“ drauf,somit flackerte das Licht immer wieder. Besondres störend war es in der Nacht. Dies passierte alle zwei Minuten.
Duschstange war kaputt. Somit war der Duschkopf nicht verstellbar. Bei der Nachttischlampe war der An-/Ausknopf defekt.

Toplage am See!
Pros:

Das Hotel punktet vor allem mit seiner traumhaften Lage direkt am wunderschönen Thunersee. Der Ausblick ist herrlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Personal war jederzeit freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Etwas mehr investieren in bsps. neue Teppiche für die Zimmer, würde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis steigern.
Es könnten verschiedene Kissen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, wie in ähnlichen Hotels dieser Preisklasse.

Sauberkeit, vieles defekt, wurde nicht repariert. Vieles ist nicht gepflegt. Bedienung im Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig.

wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, die Betten sind hervorragend, wie auch die Aussicht und die Möglichkeit, direkt vom Hotel ins Wasser zu gehen.

Cons:

Bei über 30° fehlt eine Klimaanlage.

L'emplacement à bord du lac et le personnel très chaleureux. La salle de bain superbe.

Cons:

Ça était la période de la canicule et les chambres n'ont pas de climatisation. Cependant la dame de la réception m'a donné un ventilateur très puissant. Heureusement, j'ai eu une bonne nuit de sommeil.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Direkt am See mit Seezugang zum Baden. Strandtücher erhält man an der Réception. Für 1 - 2 Nächte ok. Länger würden wir aber in diesem Hotel nicht bleiben.

Cons:

Das Personal war überhaupt nicht motiviert, nicht hilfsbereit und ziemlich unfreundlich. Man hatte das Gefühl, man „stört“. Die meisten redeten Arabisch. Unsere Panoramakarte erhielten wir erst am zweiten Tag, konnten also am ersten Tag den ÖV nicht gratis nutzen.
Teppichböden in den Zimmern.
Im Restaurant gab es nur Frühstück, Abends war das Restaurant geschlossen. Frühstück wurde nur drinnen aufgetischt. Wer auf der Seeterrasse frühstücken wollte, musste selbst alles auftischen.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passte für uns nicht.

Schöne Lage. Teuer für den Komfort

Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein und sehr stickig bei warmen Temperaturen. Lärmig zur Strasse hin. Wand ist abgeblättert, Duschwand lässt Wasser durch.
Personalzuvorkommenheit kann verbessert werden. Kein Besteck auf der Terrasse zum Frühstück. Im Garten schlechte Bedienung bzw kam niemand vorbei als ich dort verweilte
