Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön. Direkt am See mit Seezugang zum Baden. Strandtücher erhält man an der Réception. Für 1 - 2 Nächte ok. Länger würden wir aber in diesem Hotel nicht bleiben.

Cons:

Das Personal war überhaupt nicht motiviert, nicht hilfsbereit und ziemlich unfreundlich. Man hatte das Gefühl, man „stört“. Die meisten redeten Arabisch. Unsere Panoramakarte erhielten wir erst am zweiten Tag, konnten also am ersten Tag den ÖV nicht gratis nutzen.
Teppichböden in den Zimmern.
Im Restaurant gab es nur Frühstück, Abends war das Restaurant geschlossen. Frühstück wurde nur drinnen aufgetischt. Wer auf der Seeterrasse frühstücken wollte, musste selbst alles auftischen.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passte für uns nicht.

Schöne Lage. Teuer für den Komfort
Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein und sehr stickig bei warmen Temperaturen. Lärmig zur Strasse hin. Wand ist abgeblättert, Duschwand lässt Wasser durch.
Personalzuvorkommenheit kann verbessert werden. Kein Besteck auf der Terrasse zum Frühstück. Im Garten schlechte Bedienung bzw kam niemand vorbei als ich dort verweilte

Nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Lage am See top.

Cons:

Zimmer teilrenoviert, leider mit altem Spannteppich in meinem Einzelzimmer. Keine Türe zwischen Badezimmer und Zimmer. Das Haus kam mir etwas "seelenlos" vor: Restaurant und schöne Seeterrasse immer leer, die Bar vorne mit Billardtisch auch ausgestorben. Man merkt, dass hier mal viel los war. Das Alkoholverbot und halal passt hier sicherlich nicht so in die Erwartungshaltung der Gäste in dieser Gegend. Ich hätte gerne mal was feines gegessen mit einem kühlen Glas weisswein dazu. Oder ein drink in der Bar.

Unaware that the hotel was alcohol free until after we had booked. Was charged over £4.30 for a bottle of still water from the mini fridge, which is very bad when spending over £400 for a I night stay

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr schön am See gelegen

Cons:

Stolperfalle und schmuddeliger Teppich am Eingang. Unfreundliche und inkompetente Rezeptionistin beim Empfang. Bei früherer Anreise konnte das Gepäck nur nach hartnäckigem Insistieren deponiert werden. Die Gästekarte wurde nur nach Anfrage ausgehändigt.
Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bei einem Zimmer war der Kühlschrank defekt. Die Türklinke fällt ab. Alte und schmuddelige Teppiche im Zimmer.
Ein Zimmer wurde uns zugewiesen, in welchem noch nicht geputzt und das Bett nicht frisch bezogen worden ist. Wir wurden auch vorderhändig nicht informiert, dass es sich um ein alkoholfreies Hotel handelt.
Die Krönung kam beim Abendessen im Restaurant als ein verdorbener Fisch serviert wurde!
Leider macht die schöne Lage und ein Zimmer Upgrade diese Missstände nicht wett.
