Schöner Thunersee, unschönes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist das wohl fast einzig richtig atemberaubende daran. Wir hatten mit Seesicht gebucht, was grandios war. Da hört es aber dann auch schon auf, Flecken auf der Bettdecke, Schimmel im Bad, dreckige Armaturen im Bad, WC Papierhalterung hat komplett gefehlt. Service an der Rezeption war langsam.. Konnte kaum das Rückgeld von gezahlten 10chf für einen Betrag von 7chf ausrechnen…

1a Location, alles andere war leider nur enttäuschend.

Günstig, grosse Zimmer, schönes Haus und schöne See-Lage.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und sauber, das Personal nett und es hat ein Billardzimmer.

Cons:

Der Teppich ist etwas out-of-date, ein Holzboden wäre schöner.

Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Bellerive au Lac hat neu ein Restaurant ohne Alkohol und Fleisch. Das Restaurant war zur besten Zeit leer.
Zudem war das Personal ( Etage, Reception) nicht voll motiviert.

Velké pokoje. Výhled na jezero z balkónu.

Přímo u jezera. Klidné prostředí.
Místo, kde se podávala snídaně, možnost sedět i venku.

Cons:

Parkování (méně míst), ale to se záleží asi na počtu hostů, kteří přijedou autem.

Pros:

Hotel direkt am See, Zimmer mit Seesicht und blick auf den Niesen, Ruhige Lage. Freundliches Personal. Abendessen im Hotel war sehr gut (Preis Leistung jedoch nicht). Servicepersonal war gut.

Cons:

Leider konnte teils das Personal kein Deutsch. Somit musste ich mich als Schweizer in einem Schweizer Hotel auf Englisch verständigen (Naja Fachkräftemangel). Das Nachtessen im Hotel finde ich mit 55 CHF für einen Teller mit Poulet und ein paar Bratkartoffeln mit ein wenig Gemüse, ein Süssgetränk und ein Mineralwasser sowie ein Kaffee zu viel. Service war gut. Hotel ist doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz neuerem Badezimmer im Zimmer. Leider funktionierte der Wasserablauf in der Dusche nicht richtig, somit gab es eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad.

The view and even the rooms themselves were super nice, but the ruddness of the staff was kind of a bummer

The restaurant outside near the lake was gorgeous a long with the rooms view to the lake

Cons:

The staff was unfriendly. When we asked at the reception where we can park the car because we arrived at the night the receptionist said he doesnt know and the hotel had their own parking across the street he didnt mention to us. We also asked to use the pool around 8 pm and we asked at the reception if we can use it the man huffed and said he is closing at 10pm which we at the end used 15 mins before 10pm and cleaned after ourselves.

Nice, fair price, great views
Pros:

The views are amazing, you have a porch overlooking thun lake and the mountains. You have an easy access to a small porch above the lake that you can go swimming. The room is large and spacious and the breakfast was great with many choices. You have a Migros a couple minutes away, and bus stops nearby.

Cons:

No proper mini fridge, there is a minibar with the hotel’s drinks so i had to take them out so i could store my stuff there. No AC in the room, only a fan which didn’t work in our room, when we asked to take care of that they gave us a different fan, which was small and really not that good, but we somehow managed. The bathroom shower drain was clogged and we had to shower with a very low stream to not flood the room. Although you have a migros and buses close, you really don’t have anything else in the area besides that.

Das Personal konnte wenig Deutsch.
Leider wirkt das Hotel und den Garten nicht so gepflegt. Leere Flaschen vom Vortag standen
noch auf den Tischen oder neben dem überfüllten Abfall im Garten.

Lage ist sehr schön

Cons:

Frühstück mässig bis sehr mässig. Auswahl im Restaurant gering. Es gibt keine alkoholischen Getränke. So etwas gehört vorher kommuniziert! Das Hotel gehört Investoren aus Abu Dhabi, die wohl das Interesse am Hotel verloren hat. Parkplätze sind ein Problem. Aber die Direktion hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang für sich reserviert. Zimmer ohne Kleiderschrank. Matratzen extrem durchgelegen. Bad sehr klein.
