Die Lage war sehr schön, richtig gut um sich zu erholen und der Thunersee lud richtig ein um Spaziergänge zu ermöglichen.

Cons:

Reception war nicht Besetzt, Wie beschrieben. Dadurch wurde ich aufgefordert nachträglich die Kurtaxe zu bezahlen.
Die Heitzung lief auf höchster stufe und lies sich nicht ausschalten!!! Sehr unangenehm

Très bon séjour dans une chambre très agréable
Pros:

Excellent emplacement au bord du lac, superbe vue sur les montagnes et sur le lac. La chambre était spacieuse. La terasse en extérieure est très agréable.

Cons:

C'est triste que le bar ne soit pas ouvert et que l'hôtel ne propose pas d'alcool du tout. Très surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing.

La chambre que j'occupais mériterait d'être visitée par un électricien pour réparer les lampes de la tête de lit qui ne marchait pas.

Wenn ich ein Hotel buche, erwarte ich nicht das Bett noch selber anziehen zu müssen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Cons:

Die Reception für das Check-Inn war um 20:20 Uhr schon geschlossen obwohl online bis 22:00 Uhr steht. Erst 20 Minuten später konnten wir jemand erreichen und bitten zu kommen um uns unser Zimmerschlüssel zu geben. Der Herr kam und überreichte uns die Zimmerschlüssel. Er konnte uns jedoch nicht sagen wo das Zimmer ist. Wir mussten unser Zimmer (Penthouse Apartment, Zimmertüre war nicht mit Zimmernummer angeschrieben) selber suchen gehen. Im Zimmer angekommen war nur ein Bett gemacht worden. Gebucht habe ich für 4 Erwachsene Personen. Der Herr sagte uns das sei normal, wir müssen das Bettsofa selber beziehen... Wir bezogen das Bett also selber (Schwanger im 8. Monat) und der Herr stand daneben und schaute uns zu.
Beim Check-Out habe ich die Dame an der Reception nett um eine Entschädigung gebeten. Sie telefonierte mit dem Manager und gab mir schlussendlich den Manager ans Telefon. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Herr vom Vorabend der Hotelmanger war.
