Pros:

Bel hôtel au charme un peu suranné au bord du lac Thoune. Nous avons été surclassés et avons bénéficié d’une jolie vue latérale sur le lac et d’une grande chambre. Le dîner sur la terrasse a été très agréable d’où nous avons pu profiter d’une vue magnifique au calme.

L’emplacement magnifique au bord du lac

Cons:

Restau fermé lundi et mardi
Réceptionniste ne connaît pas la région, du coup ne peut même pas conseiller un restaurant dans le coin !!!

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert.

Cons:

Es fehlte eine Klimaanlage, die Elektrogeräte waren veraltet und die Küchenausstattung könnte deutlich besser und vollständiger sein.

La posizione è fantastica, con uno sbocco diretto al lago, e l'edificio molto elegante, ricca colazione nel giardino verdeggiante.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato durante la canicola e la camera era molto calda: non si desidera l'aria condizionata ma la possibilità di arieggiare, cosa non possibile per la luce automatica nel corridoio e per il rumore della strada. Nel giorno di chiusura del ristorante mancavano pane e cornetti.

das Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon war fantastisch!

Cons:

Leider konnten wir unseren feinen Schweizer Wein ( natürlich, mit Alkohol) und das feine Schweizer Bier ( natürlich auch mit Alkohol) nicht geniessen!!!

Parking nombre de place limité et emplacement laisse a désirer.

Ein historisches Drei‑Sterne‑Hotel in großartiger Lage am Ufer des Thunersees

Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – es liegt direkt am See, und Strandbad ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie die Bushaltestelle befinden sich ganz in der Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war gut. Da es sich um ein historisches Hotel handelt, ist es für Gäste, die ein neues, modernes und sehr gepflegtes Hotel bevorzugen, möglicherweise weniger geeignet.

Cons:

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind nicht überall gut gepflegt. Zum Beispiel liegen die Kissen der Gartensofas eher lieblos irgendwo gestapelt. Man hat das Gefühl, dass keine professional Hotelmanager‑Präsenz im Hotel spürbar ist.
