Le cadre une superbe vue 🤩
La literie n'était pas très confortable et la salle de bain un peu Vieillotte, la barre du pommeau de douche était cassée, un petit coup de neuf dans les chambres ne ferait pas de mal sinon le panorama était au top un petit mix produit chaud en plus pour le petit déjeuner serait le bienvenu car juste oeuf brouillés et petite saucisse

Wir finden es unangebracht und enttäuschend, wenn in einem Hotel in Thun nicht mehr Schweizerdeutsch gesprochen wird!
Wunderschöner Ausblick, Frühstück einmalig, das Zimmer mit Bad grosszügig, mit allem was man braucht.

Mir hat ein Restaurant gefehlt, wo man sich hinsetzen kann und bedient wird.

Lage
Im Bad sind die silikonfügen verschimmelt. Gerissen. Duschablauf verstopft. Dichtungen defekt so dass das wasser ins bad läuft. Ganzer eindruck ungepflegt.

Das Hotel wirbt mit "100 Jahre schweizer Gastfreundschaft". Die Realität : kaum einer spricht deutsch, Alkohol und Schweinefleisch sind tabu und die Zimmer werden nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt
Sehr schön gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser.
Es gab an der Hotelbar ausschließlich Alkoholfrei.
Great location, convenient for both boat and bus transport. The single room I stayed in was plainly decorated but spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a wide range of choice including some hot options.
I was a little disappointed that the restaurant area was closed for the day I stayed as I had booked in the hope of using it. I was also surprised on receiving my confirmation that the hotel is entirely alcohol free as I didn’t (either before or subsequently) see this advertised - this should be stated in the description. Part of the appeal of the location is that it would be a fine place for a drink overlooking the lake, but it was no matter as there is an excellent lakeside open air bar just a minute walk away.
Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage war top und wir genossen auch den Schwumm im See mit eigenem Einstieg. Das Frühstück war gut, es hatte auch frische Früchte.
Eigentlich ist uns nur der hässliche grüne Teppich im Zimmer negativ aufgefallen. Er passte so gar nicht zum modernen Zimmer.
Lage und Frühstück
Finde in einem Hotel innser Schweiz möchte ich mich in meiner Sprache unterhalten können. Niemand vom ganzem Personal sprach Deutsch nur Englisch. Auch für den Preis des Hotels sollte es möglich sein das Handtuch aufzuhängen sollte nicht die ganze WC-Papierhalterung ausseinanderfliegen. Würde das Hotel deshalb nicht weiterempfehlen.
