The Palms Kamala Beach

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Great location and very quiet. The swimming pool was excellent however the pool loungers could do updating and there was inly one sun umbrella.

The property is very nice and location is very good staff need to be more attentive in all areas we were pointed up stairs on check in and had to carry own luggage cleaning staff just do quick once over and forget to replenish things I.e toilet paper.

This is a good hotel. Price is also good. It does need some maintenance and a bit more attention to detail. But my family and I would stay again.

We stayed in one of the 2 bed family apartments and were really happy with it. Generous space, nice layout, clean, direct access to the pool. Also great location, close to the beach and shops. Negative is it was a bit tired but the price reflected that and the front was awkward for taxi drop.
Altogether however really enjoyed our stay here.

This family oriented hotel is most welcoming. The staff are pleasant and helpful

Air con in bedroom could be better

Nice stay at the Palms.. there was a bit of noise from the karaoke bar across the road, but I just went over & joined in and all was good. Noise ended early anyway

This property was clean and very spacious. Loved the penthouse family suite with rooftop deck. The suite was dated but good enough for the price. The housekeepers were lovely and kept the rooms clean everyday. The front reception could do better. They did not seem very welcoming or warm. Only 1 key & card was provided for the whole 3 bedroom suite which was inconvenient for multiple people staying. If one person was left behind and the key was being used, all electricity and a/c would turn off. They did not have any additional keys or cards.

去年に続き5歳と12歳の子供を連れて利用。ホテルと言うより、サービス付きアパートメントやコンドミニアムと言った方が合っているかも。完璧なキッチンが備わっているので、普段通り暮らすように滞在する事ができました。去年と違う部屋を利用して感じたのが、部屋によっては、設備の古さを感じます。テレビの映りに線が入ったり、温水器の性能が弱かったり。順次、リニューアルしていくことを期待します。
滞在は快適です。スタッフも挨拶と笑顔が素敵です。前回利用しなかった、一階のレストランですが、今回はランチで利用してみました。値段はやや高めです。宿泊者割とかあったら嬉しいな、と思います。ハッピーアワーのモヒートがオススメです。また来年も行きます。

The hotel was tucked away in a nice beach neighborhood. Rooms were spacious and the breakfasts at the onsite restaurant were excellent. Most importantly, the staff were superb, going way out of their way to help us retrieve something we had left in the room.

The apartment was huge two bedrooms one with super king bed so comfortable and a twin room. We didn’t use any cooking facilities but everything there if you wanted to self cater. Great location in the centre of town but tucked away so nice and quiet.zbeach with markets are less than 5 minute walk away, perfect .Staff are really friendly and helpful they emailed me on booking to ask what time I would arrive and ordered me a shuttle taxi from the airport.

Parfait ! Appartement spacieux et équipe de ménage tous les jours. Les réceptionnistes sont très gentils et l’emplacement est bien dans Kamala.

Only dowside is that my bed was very squeaky

We loved our stay at The Palms. Perfect for a family stay with access to everything at your doorstep. Kamala beach is definitely the best place to stay with a family. The staff at The Palms were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again next time we come.

We liked staying at the Palmer. The rooms were clean and quiet. There is a 7/11 and pharmacy few minutes left of the hotel. The massage places opposite were reasonable. Going right there was a laundry place 50 baht for 1 kg. 5 mins going right from hotel, there were 2 nice restaurants. Curry highway and Thai restaurant next to it, both had vegetarian options. The hotel shuttle was really good. 11am, 1,3,5 pm they pick up and drop off in front of kata beach or edge of karon beach. From Karon there is Bangkok bank if you want internal cash withdrawal. For breakfast some days there were limited vegetarian options but you can ask chef to make something.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the first floor which faced out towards the pool. Big pool which was well maintained! The cleaning staff were great and attended daily. Communication was slightly difficult with desk staff when asking about arranging boats to elsewhere.. but that’s no big deal. Unfortunately my partner and I got food poisoning whilst here from the restaurant at the front of the hotel… so two days were wiped out. Not sure if they are together or seperate though, so overall it was a good stay aside from being sick.
