HOTEL CORRECTO CON HABITACIONES AMPLIAS Y CON BALCÓN PERO QUE SOLO OFRECE DESAYUNO DE BUFÉ.
Pros:

En general la estancia fue buena y las instalaciones estaban correctas. Sin embargo, tuvimos un inconveniente con el desayuno. Solo ofrecían la opción de bufé por 12 €, y al pedir algo sencillo como unas tostadas y un café con leche, nos dijeron que no era posible hasta que abriera el bar a las 10:30. Además, nos sugirieron que fuéramos a algún bar de la zona si queríamos algo más simple. Finalmente tuvimos que salir a desayunar fuera. Creo que sería positivo para el hotel ofrecer alternativas más básicas y un horario más amplio, ya que de lo contrario pierden clientes y oportunidades de ingreso.

Cons:

Pues eso que no hay mas que una opción de desayuno. No es bueno para el cliente no es bueno para el hotel.

Quiet area not far from the beach
Pros:

Beds and pillows very comfortable.
Good to have a couple of English speaking TV channels.
Had to ask for a kettle as not standard but free of charge.
Fridge and safe F OF C.
Everywhere looked clean and tidy.
Plenty of toiletries and bottle of water per person on arrival.
Balcony overlooking the pool in the sun later in the day.
We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night but there are so many places to eat out although not particularly close to the hotel.
Room maids did a great job as did Paco the barman, nothing too much trouble, polite and friendly.

Cons:

Having to ask for a kettle and then
having to buy your own tea coffee etc. although we brought ours from home thankfully.
Some reception staff very nice whenbwe checked in ( Laraina), and some not so good.

Kõik oli selles hotellis meeldiv, personal, toitlustamine, hotell oli puhas ja teenendus hea. Olime jaanuaris, siis on piirkond suhteliselt tühi, Santa Pola on suvitamiseks ideaalne paik. Rand ilus ja meeldivad rannapromenaadid.

Cons:

Olime lihtsalt valel ajal, ilmad ei olnud kõige paremad. Aga meie reisi eesmärk ei olnud ka puhkust veeta, seega ei saa millegi üle nuriseda.

Pros:

The swimming pool is what made the difference between Gran Playa and the rest of the Santa Pola hotels.

Cons:

Confusing instructions on breakfast. Most of the staff said you can choose a buffet breakfast at €12 each or a simple coffee and pastry at around €4 which we did untill one of the waiting staff took this as a big no no and I was not very impressed the way he handled it. Also on the website the distances to the beach was a bit inaccurate and there were no other proper facilities unless you took a taxi, which were very scarce, into Santa Pola itself.

Decepción para mi. El precio excesivo para lo que es. Se encuentra bastante lejos del centro y del paseo marítimo )pegado a la carretera). Por la zona del hotel no hay nada, está bastante antiguo y apenas había gente. Lo bueno, facil de buscar aparcamiento. No llegamos a dormir porque nos tuvimos que ir, pero la cama parecia comoda

La piscina es un charco para dos hoteles, no está nada cuidada. La ubicación es una zona alejada, pegada a la carretera y un parque de atracciones un poco cutre. No hay nada cerca bonito para ver o pasear. El café dé cápsulas…
