Très sympa mais il faudrait redonner un coup de fraîcheur aux chambres
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très très gentil. Bienveillant, souriant. Les employés font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour nous faire plaisir.
Le dîner était excellent. Le spa est très très sympa.

Cons:

Les chambres. Elles sont sympas mais franchement ce n’est pas hyper clean. Des petites bêtes aux plafond, une couette pas très chaude, et les portes/murs sont très très très abîmés. C’est dommage.

Week-end en Camargue
Pros:

L’emplacement, magnifique.
La gentillesse et professionnalisme du personnel. Les installations, ok pour un 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Pas de chance nous avions réservé une roulotte mais c’était sans compter sur le froid avec le vent. Malgré la Clim réversible, la salle de bain etait glaciale. Nous avons demandé et obtenu une chambre plus classique. Toutefois, la chambre était moins chère que la roulotte mais sur la facture et afin de conserver le tarif de 698 euros pour 2 nuits, le tarif de la roulotte a été augmenté. Pas très commerçant comme attitude.

Déception du restaurant et du personnel du restaurant ( la responsable ) pour un magnifique établissement

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant surtout une personne la responsable du bar. Qui se permet des réflexions et surtout lorsque un client lui exprime le fait que la carte réduite du restaurant fait du il n y a pas un plat qu il aimerait manger. Sa réponse : c comme ça et il y aura rien d autre ……
Heureusement le directeur a rectifier la chose et pris en compte la demande
Dommage car j aurai mis 5/5 dans cet événement qui a gâché notre repas

A beautiful hotel in a romantic setting in the Camargue
Pros:

This property is even more beautiful than its depiction online! We loved many things about our stay -- the romantic location, the view from our room, the restaurant's gourmet offerings, and the wonderful staff! We would in particular like to acknowledge Arthur, who was a charming and courteous server in the restaurant, and Lou, who showed great kindness to us when we, unfortunately, fell ill from a virus during our stay. The reception staff was also very helpful to us, and we would love to return in the future!

L'hôtel est un dans un très joli cadre.
Le petit déjeuné était très bien.

Cons:

Malheureusement notre séjour n'a pas été ce qu'on aurait voulu.
Mon conjoint a retrouvé un morceau d'opercule d'une bouteille de vin dans son assiette.
Nous avions pas de connections wifi dans notre chambre, et du au mauvais temps la télé ne marchait pas.
Apres explications de tout ça, l'hôtel a quand même fait un geste.
Mais rapport/qualité prix je trouve que cela ne correspond pas à nos attentes.

Das kleine Häuschen war alleinstehen an der leider nur mit Perdeäpfeln belegten Koppel.Leider die ganzen 5Tage kein Pferd zu sehen.Aber dafür super ruhig. Das zum Zimmer gebrachte Frühstück super.Der Ausblick fantastisch. Dusche sehr groß. Die erste Kühlschrank Füllung gratis und jeden Tag einen Liter Wasser.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer nicht erhalten. Schließlich ein Zimmer bei der Koppel bekommen. Leider keine Pferde. Kühlschrank war nicht sehr kalt .Aussenbereich nicht sehr sauber.
