Booked But Closed - Terrible Experience
Cons:

Extremely disappointed. We booked via Booking.com only to find out the place was closed when we called to confirm. We had to scramble for another room at the last minute. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Pleasant stay, and good value if you want to make use of the pool.
Pros:

Lovely pool; tea and kettle in the room; quiet and effective aircon. Honesty system for drinks from the fridge and good breakfast. We were grateful for the opportunity to park our self-drive tuktuk on the driveway secured behind their gate.

Cons:

We were allocated the room by the front door, where we were disturbed by comings and goings a couple of times, and, as with many places in Sri Lanka, neighbourhood dogs make their presence known late at night/ early morning!

Het zwembad was heel fijn en de bedden sliepen prima. Gastvrouw heeft de safari voor ons geregeld, dat was top!

Cons:

We hadden een mierenplaag in de badkamer en die verplaatste zich naar 1 van onze tassen. Heel onprettig... gastvrouw heeft wel haar best gedaan om te helpen en de badkamer schoon te maken, maar de volgende dag zaten ze er weer.
S ochtends wordt je wakker van honden (van de buren), dus daar kunnen ze zelf wel weinig aan doen.
Het ligt ook behoorlijk afgelegen.

Super séjour au calme pour visiter la région
Pros:

Tout était parfait a Villu Villa.
Hôtesse accueillante, la piscine très appréciable avec la chaleur, petit havre de paix avec le jardin, son chien Max et 2 chats !
Possibilité d'acheter des boissons directement au logement dans un minibar très pratique

Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

De kamer was prima, airco en klamboe. Het was heerlijk om af te kunnen koelen in het zwembad. De host was vriendelijk.

Cons:

De locatie is niet top, vooral als je alleen reist. Er zit in de buurt niet veel.

Cons:

De airconditioning kon niet kouder. Zwembad was klein en de stoelen zaten niet lekker. Ook moet je elke keer een tuktuk pakken. In het centrum of dicht bij de stoepas is beter

Great stay at villu villa
Pros:

Staff made me feel very welcome (made me a tea and let me use the pool and shower after a hot day of cycling round even after checkout), bed was comfortable and room had everything I needed.
