Room 315 Toilet was dirty not cleaned, Room 307 Toilet watwer tap was making nose water flow was bad, Toilet door was making noise, at 4 am in the morning when my room 308 was using the toilet there was noise which wake me up

Cons : Bathroom was dirty and shower was stained. AC didn't work well. Locker were not working in both the rooms.

Mixed feeling about the stay
Pros:

It was an OK stay considering staying at other Best Western.

Negative:
- Wifi was not working
- Restaurant was available all time but quality was not good
- I would have preferred to see that reception has basic medical kit in case of emergency which was missing.

Rooms were really good and well maintained

Disappointed with facilities
Pros:

Paid for a single room for 3 people but the beds was made for hardly 2 people. Very disappointed. An important factor for me is WiFi which never worked during my entire 2 night stay.

Ambience is good and food is ok.

Location was great. We didn't have any problems with transport. The staff were friendly. Very prompt in helping us. The rooms were clean and welcoming. They the staff were very hospitable. Provided needy stuff promptly. We were happy. Also food was great.

Cleaning improvement required.
Pros:

This hotel would really be improved by a more thorough cleaning procedure, especially the bathroom.
Situated on a busy street, with lots of traffic. Not much stuff to do nearby, mainly garages. No restaurant or grocery store in the immediate vicinity.
Pleasant service. Upgraded me to a better room with a larger bed.

Great staff. The water in the shower did not drain properly. The toilet seat in the men's bathroom next to lobby was broken.

Clean hotel .
Pros:

No hot water for shower.Except for 2 bath towels there were no small towels.Was told that breakfast would be open at 7.30 but the staff just showed up to start the coffee machine.Nothing else was ready.A little disappointed because our departure was 7.45.Plus points are the bed was comfortable and guys at the door were helpful in helping my husband.
