The PARIS!
Pros:

I like their cleaning lady Ms. Alfie, she's so kind and very accomodating. The breakfast is good and very traditional and perfect to start the day. Some of the receptionist are polite and easy to mingle.

Cons:

I didn't like the disrespectful and very rude front desk officer namely "APRIL". Shes not good to represent the hotel.

Disappointing
Pros:

Stuff are really friendly and helpful,very approachable.

Cons:

I don't like the water pump all night working it's very noisy, annoying I didn't sleep whole night so disappointed 😒.

Very comfortable room, bed was nice, everything worked great, breakfast was very nice. Would stay there again

Because there was a bit of blood on the towel after shaving, I had to pay P300. They said it was a new towel, but no, it wasn't

Cons:

The bathroom basin tap ran all night. Such a waste of water. The aircon was set at 16 degrees and the control did not work so I was cold all night. In the morning I was outside the room in the common area on third floor. A staff member came from an amenity room and was conversing with the one who remained ... with me in the middle trying to continue a call I was on the Australia. I told them off. So ignorant.
