Pros:

The hotel is not located where it is indicated on the hotels.com website. Rooms are old and poorly maintained. Wifi does not work in rooms. Poor showers with irregular pressure and hot water supply. This was clearly once a good hotel but has been poorly maintained.

Pros:

The neighborhood was a little hard to drive our car through, so its best to get there and leave your car and walk to the shops close by. The room we booked online was not the one we initially got when we landed there and we were told that the fault was of hotels.com for not putting up the correct picture. The picture put up was of the more upgraded room, while the one we initially got was a very poorly maintained room and nothing close to the picture. But after talking to the manager we changed our rooms to the upgraded one at extra cost. The newly renovated rooms are very pretty and cozy. The bathrooms are clean. Although the food/beverage service for one night had limited options, but quality of food was good.
