Un incroyable séjour
Pros:

Séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de la 5ᵉ Avenue à Playa del Carmen ! L’emplacement est parfait : à proximité immédiate des restaurants, magasins, stands et animations, tout en étant à seulement dix minutes à pied de la gare routière ADO et du ferry qui vous emmène vers Cozumel ainsi que d’autres excursions.

Le quartier est très vivant mais reste familial et sécurisant. On peut sortir le soir sans aucune inquiétude, il y a beaucoup de sécurité autour de l’hôtel, on ne craint vraiment rien.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, avec un large choix aussi bien salé que sucré. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et nous n’avons manqué de rien durant le séjour. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et à l’écoute, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

La piscine est très appréciable et la vue depuis l’hôtel, que ce soit le matin ou en soirée, est magnifique.

Pour une première visite à Playa del Carmen, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Cons:

Points d’amélioration : nous avons parfois remarqué une légère odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain le soir. De plus, une bouilloire dans la chambre aurait été un vrai plus pour encore plus de confort.

Malgré ces petits détails, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Cons:

Pague por una habitación doble con cama king y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales. Reclame para que me dieran otra habitación y no accedieron. Me dieron excusas.

Super spot
Pros:

Arrived after 11 hour flight and no airport pick up, so hotel was not standing out for us, boy were we wrong, lovely hotel well positioned in relation to the resort, great staff and nice rooms, breakfast was superb, overall we enjoyed the hotel and we have no reservation in recommending it for a stay

Nous avons tout apprécié sauf notre transfert de Cancun à l''Hôtel, notre taxi ne nous a pas attendus sachant que notre avion et le débarquement étaient en retard. Taxi pris chez booking .com. Pour reprendre l'avion nous avons annulé notre retour vu que nous ne pouvions compter sur vos taxis .Nous vous demandons de nous rembourser les deux trajets, et de bien choisir vos chauffeurs .C'est une magouille qui s'est mise en place ,nous étions plusieurs vacanciers touchés par ce problème .sur ce point moi je vous mets o, et il paraît que ce n'est pas la première fois. j'attends une réponse de votre part.
