Bellissimo e confortevole, ma migliorabile la varietà della colazione e velocità servizio pranzo/cena al pool bar

Pros:

Beautiful grounds on the hotel. It was peaceful. The food was nice too. I shared that I was vegan and the chef made sure I had some options during the rest of my stay. The staff were kind, and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and within walking distance from plenty of good options and the beach! I will definitely be coming back!

Grande chambre et salle de bain
Lit parfait.

Cons:

La climatisation est très bruyante.
Chambre sombre au rdv.
Pas de 2ème
Petit déjeuner : les viennoiseries était peu nombreuses et de moyenne qualité.
Le personnel ne sait pas dire bonjour et peu souriant.

Pros:

Un hôtel charmant, la piscine est magique.
Le personnel est souriant, disponible, à l écoute. Les chambres sont hyper spacieuses.

On ne voulait pas partir.

La localisation, proche de la 5eme avenue, sans le bruit.

Buffet petit déjeuner, tres varié, complet. Il y avait des nouvelles chsoes tous les jours.
Le snack et les cocktaisl de la piscine sont très bien et pas hors de prix

Excellent location with clean and well designed rooms
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the location of the hotel is perfect for playa del carmen. It is 2 blocks away from the Main Street with all the shops, restaurants and bars. The room was cleaned daily and the balcony view was amazing. The breakfast was descent but not many options. The staff were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating during our stay. Definitely recommend this property for location, cleanliness and staff.

Pros:

The pool is beautiful, everything is clean, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Especially Edwin went out of his way to make our stay, but everyone was very friendly. We did not want to leave!

Cons:

Not enough sun beds by the pool sometimes but it wasn’t a big problem

bonne localisation, coin piscine relaxant, bon petit déjeuner. Dans l’ensemble très bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus. Happy Hour de cocktails tous les jours de 4-7pm au bord de la piscine. Les gens étaient très gentils. Il y a également un petit restaurant dans l’hôtel qui sert de bon plat. très bonne expérience.

Cons:

La climatisation faisait énormément de bruit, nous avons dû donc l’éteindre durant la nuit. Les rideaux de la chambre pourraient également être plus occultants, car la lumière passe facilement à travers…

Pros:

The hotel rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

All the rooms are near the hotel pool bar and they just have the music super loud until I had to call them several nights in a row until I left for them to reduce the sound level a bit so I could sleep. A real 4 star hotel would apologise and this wouldn’t happen the next day. It is really uncomfortable.
