it’s a wonderful place to stay if you don’t mind being assaulted by young men with guns

lots of you g people smoking weed in the building, management fully aware, but scared to confront guest

I had a room full of five young people prop their door open to the hallway and blast Music beginning at midnight. The entire third floor smelled like weed at 4 AM. I finally got up and went and knocked on their door. There was a confrontation between me and three of these young men in the hallway. One of them had a gun in a backpack and told me they could do anything they wanted to to me.

I went downstairs and told the manager own duty to call the police. She never did. I had to leave the hotel. I had to carry a gun with me coming and going for my room after that because I had these kids across the hall with guns, threatening me and Motel 6 didn’t respond at all when I called the next day and left a message for the manager. The manager never called me.

I stayed there for almost 10 days. My room was never cleaned. Once the garbage was never taken out. The bed was never made not one single time.


That place is a disgrace, and that place will end up on the news one day for all the wrong reasons

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The room was clean, the smell was pleasant (that is important to me because I have a sensitive gag reflex related to scent) and the bed was comfortable. My son and I both slept very well.

Cons:

We did not have any amenities like shampoo or body wash. My son forgot his and had to use my “girly” scented one.

Acceptable for an Overnight
Pros:

It's what you'd expect of a motel in this price range. Simple room with a microwave/fridge combination and cable TV. Bedding was clean but clearly stained. I didn't dare use the blanket, which made for a very chilly night. The AC is loud but effective. I noticed it appeared to have quite a bit of dust buildup in the vents. Okay for an overnight but I would not have wanted to stay longer. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Sheets were well stained and appeared very wrinkled. TV is older and only good for watching cable channels. Slight smell of pot smoke throughout the building, but you can tell they are trying to cover it up with deodorizers.
