Pros:

Gostamos do espaço da piscina, do atendimento que nos deram na piscina, principalmente do Elias. Limpeza do hotel impecável.

Cons:

Atendimento da recepção, principalmente por termos pedido mais um travesseiro e foi negado, sendo que o hotel estava vazio. Os mosquitos pousando nos alimentos do café da manhã. No outro dia foi colocado um mini ventilador para evitar tal problema. E o barulho da rodovia ao lado do hotel, pois ficamos do lado da rua, talvez do outro lado teria sido melhor.

Estadia não muito feliz devio ao intenso temporal e goteira no apartamento.
Pros:

Café da manhã e cordialidade da equipe.

Cons:

Da goteira (se podemos chamar aquela enxurrada de goteira). Durante temporal houve enorme afluxo de água no apartamento, molhando todo o mesmo e não havia mais quartos disponíveis. Mas ao menos me reembolsaram a diária.

Voltarei ao hotel se necessario.
Pros:

Hotel com boa estrutura, limpo, cafe da manha variado, quarto confortavel, piscina muito boa. O atendimento foi muito bom.

Cons:

De inicio nao gostei do bairro em torno do hotel por aparentar ser inseguro. Mas foi tranquilo.

Pros:

Eu gostei de tudo. O hotel é muito limpo, limpo mesmo. Você vê e sente a limpeza que foi feita, os funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. O processo foi bem rápido, logo que cheguei já consegui entrar no quarto sem nenhuma borrocracia na recepção. O quarto EXCELENTE, uma das melhores cama de hotel que já dormi, muito confortável, quarto foi excepcional. Café da manhã impecável também, tudo muito bem feito, com excelentes opções.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, não tenho nada a reclamar.

Genug für eine Übernachtung, habe danach für die Hälfte der Kosten besser übernachtet.

Zimmer 208 laut, Motorgeräusche, wahrscheinlich von Klimaanlagen, auf diesem Stockwerk ist man auf der Dacheben des Nachbargebäudes. Hattewahrscheiblixh eines der letzten Zimmer bekommen. Tausch nicht möglich.

Unbequeme, weiche Betten.

In der Umgebung gibt es nichts, Parken bedarf das Mitarbeiter Fahrzeuge umrangieren auf dem kleinen Grundstück nebenan.

Trocaram meu quarto 1 dia antes da minha chegada porque o hotel estav cheio... me deram uma quarto na avenida... nao dormi a noite toda... tinha um evento na cidade e fiquei no hotel para descansar antes de dirigir de volta a São Paulo... com isso dirigi cansada e decepcionada
