Un très bon accueil de la part de tout le personnel rencontré durant nos deux jours et leur disponibilité pour rendre le séjour agréable (ils nous avaient commandé un taxi pour 4h du matin pour que l'on se rendre à l'aéroport ). La qualité du petit déjeuner qui est très complet et varié, servi dans une salle agréable. La chambre est très propre, joliment décorée et suffisamment spacieuse. La literie est de bonne qualité.
L'emplacement au coeur du quartier des théâtres (ce n'était pas notre priorité mais cela peut très bien convenir à d'autres personnes) ; les escaliers à monter pour aller à la chambre ce qui n'est pas facile avec une grosse valise lourde

Location was excelent, the estetics of the hotel was pleasing
The fact that we could not control the AC and the room was cery cold. The breakfast was average, with no veggies.

آسانسور ندارد و پله هایش باریک است . موکت کف زمین اینقدر کهنه است که گمان می کنی همه چیز خیلی کثیف است . کسی به تو کمک و سرویسی نمی دهد.

Pas d’ascenseur pour les grosses valises mais la personne à l’accueil est prête à aider
Petit déjeuner complet .le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est cosy, confortable , et climatisée.
Il manque une prise usb ou usbc pour les étrangers
Son charme , la gentillesse du personnel et son emplacement
Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour monter aux étages et les escaliers sont étroits , avec des valises lourdes ce n’est pas simple .
La climatisation trop froide et non réglable dans les chambres
El desayuno es increíble, la amabilidad del personal extraordinaria y genuina, el sitio es hermoso y bien ubicado. El cuarto limpio, con suficientes elementos de aseo, jabón líquido de manos y crema, jabón de cuerpo, shampoo y bálsamo para el cabello. Las preguntas y solicitudes de apoyo fueron resueltas. Creo que nunca habíamos estado en un hotel con tantas cualidades.
