Charmant hôtel à recommander
Pros:

Charmant hôtel, personnel extrêmement prévenant, petit déjeuner de bonne qualité dans une pièce pleine de charme et de calme, très bon emplacement.

Cons:

Le charme de l’ancien est très agréable mais manque un peu de modernité (Prises électriques et petit frigo).

We wish we could never leave! Perfection
Pros:

Everything! Darrin the front desk manager was extremely helpful when we arrived. We’ve been traveling for two months and this is our favorite stay.

Historic home, great breakfast
Pros:

Wine bar in the lobby, tables on the patio out front, good air conditioning, excellent breakfast with home made goodies.

Cons:

No lift, room on the third floor difficult with heavy luggage.

Very nice people, while the room depends. the room type is kind of below my expectation
Pros:

The front desk is super nice and all staffs are really friendly and feel at home, I really enjoy the atmosphere. The front desk gentleman helps me a lot, keeping my luggage, printing stuff I need.

Cons:

The room is a bit disapppointed, it's like a attic, the ceiling is super low for my height (5'11'', 182 cm) and the space feel cozy. I expect the room is like posted on the web page, but not, this is a major reason I feel disappointed. I think that's the only room available I can book at that time. And the AC noise is a bit crazy. Beyond these, all is good!

There is a good Victorian vibe in this place. You would feel like to are in Europe.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good, it has a basic french style but a lot of options.
Location is also good, walkable for most attraction location.

Charming and well run
Pros:

We found the staff to be wonderful starting with our 12:30 am arrival instead of the 6pm as planned. Wally was welcoming and super helpful getting us settled and directing us to a decent midnight snack!
The rest of the staff was equally accomodating. The owner was really terrific and helpful and the rest of the service staff too. Breakfast was lovely.
Location was perfect.
If visiting this lovely city again we would happily stay at Hotel Manoir Sherbrooke.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations
Pros:

The staff is friendly, the hotel is cute, the breakfast was very nice and you can have tea/coffee anything in the sitting room. The location is excellent!

Cons:

The hotel is situated in an old home, it’s cute and charming, however, the stairs are a bit narrow and steep.

Great stay in a historic building in a great central location.
Pros:

Staff were wonderful during our stay with our little one. Great location easy to reach many top attractions within the city. Good breakfast with coffee and tea avaialble even late at night which was a nice touch.

Cons:

Stairs did make it tricky getting to the room with the pram but storing it in the storage was helpful.

Hôtel très sympa ! Il est bien placé, on peut se déplacer à pied, en bus ou en métro (les stations sont proches).
Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses pour la taille du bâtiment.
Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans une pièce joliment décorée, le buffet est bon.
Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné, disponible 24h/24.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
