Excellent, excellent value for money, One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in
Pros:

So many things to like-difficult to know where to start. Comfortable spacious room with full kitchen/cooking facilities for those that wanted it. Absolutely superb breakfast that would give even the finest five-star hotels for their money, Possibly the most helpful hotel staff in the world. Comfortable lounge area (doubling up for breakfast), wine on offer, quite handy for downtown restaurants and a fair selection thereof only just round the corner

Cons:

Our room faced onto the main street- even though basement there was some traffic noise notably sirens what appears to be a nearby fire station

Charming hotel very comfortable
Pros:

This hotel is located a little away from main and old town but well worth staying here . It was still walkable . It’s absolutely charming . Staff are lovely and very helpful . being able to use the beautiful downstairs sitting area having 24/7 access to tea coffee ( and purchase wine ) is a treat . Breakfast was simple but really good . The room and bed were very comfortable .

Cons:

Because the hotel is heritage there wasn’t a lift

Pros:

Es una casa victoriana con mucho encanto, acogedora, te sientes como en tu propia casa porque además todo el equipo que gestiona el hotel ofrece un trato personalizado.
Además de poder disfrutar de las estancias comunes, el desayuno es especial, muy casero, variado y con detalles que lo hacen diferente, con productos locales y de calidad.

Friendly and efficient staff, lovely large rooms and an excellent continental breakfast

Lovely room and beautifully decorated. Excellent continental breakfast with friendly and efficient staff

Cons:

We had a strong drain smell in our room which remained in the afternoon having reported it in the morning but the efficient receptionist moved us into an even nicer room on the back which suited us perfectly - as well as no smell we didn't have to endure another night of constant traffic on Sherbrooke Road

A little gem to check in Montreal
Pros:

The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The room was quaint and decorated in keeping with the age and overall theme of the building. Breakfast was all you could ask for with a good variety. It was also nice that coffee and tea were always available. Very refreshing after a day of the site's. Not too far a walk to central Montreal, bus service outside the door and the metro just up the street and around the corner. Staff were very helpful, friendly and approachable. I would stay here again and have no qualms recommending the Manior to others.

Pros:

I was given a warm welcome on arrival. Then the next morning the manager (owner?) insisted that I try their home made chilis with maple syrup and even brought some to my table. There are restaurants nearby including a great Korean bistro where I got my supper.

Cons:

It was no problem for me, but it is an old building. I had to climb many stairs to my room.

Schöne Zimmer mit viel Platz, sehr freundliches Personal und auch die Lage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Ein hübscher Frühstücksraum, aber die Tische und das Geschirr waren sehr klein. Die Auswahl ist überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Leider gab es aber keinen wirklich guten Kaffee… auf den hatten wir uns eigentlich gefreut am Morgen

Cons:

My room (10) was very small and smelly. It was impossible to understand where that bad small was coming from. Given that it was facing the street, it was also noisy.
