Helpful staff, beautiful space, fantastic roof deck pool
Pros:

The property is beautiful and the pool/bar area was stunning and has a great happy hour! The concierge was very helpful finding places to go whether a small Banh Mi place or a more upscale experience. I used the gym regularly and it was clean, well equipped, and always open.

Cons:

I prefer to stay closer to district 1 but that is a personal preference. So really, there isn’t anything I didn’t like.

La posizione é ottima per girare a piedi il centro.
La colazione davvero fenomenale!
La piscina all’ultimo piano offre una vista incredibile.
L’hotel é arredato con gusto, tutto molto pulito, la nostra camera era al 12esimo piano, molto ampia e con un letto comodissimo.
Il personale é molto gentile, disponibile e parla bene inglese.
In assoluto consiglio questo hotel.

Cons:

La piscina é in teoria riservata ai clienti dell’hotel, ma essendo di fatto parte del rooftop bar, si ha pochissima privacy. Per entrare in acqua di passa tra la gente seduta ai tavolini che fa l’aperitivo, inoltre i lettini disponibili sono insufficienti.
Il personale della piscina é gentile, ma un po’ lento, e soprattutto poco accorto a tenere pulito (é molto concentrato sui tavolini del bar, a discapito di quelli riservati alla piscina).
La camera, così come i corridoi, hanno un odore un pó di “datato”, forse perché il sistema di aerazione non è dei più nuovi.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo é lievemente eccessivo.

Exceptional Hotel and wonderful staff
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are outstanding and the breakfast buffet in the Saigon Kitchen Restaurant is delightful. Minh Dat and Thien Binh, Cuong were helpful, professional and charming, offering not only fantastic coffee, but tips about other regions in Vietnam. Thien Binh’s English language skllls were exceptional and impressive. Thank you for the incredible experience. Oh! And the pastry chef’s marzipan sculptures were beautiful.

A perfect stay at this luxurious hotel.
Pros:

My family and I (6 adults) had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in January 2026. We could not fault this hotel, the food, rooms and service were all perfect! The staff were all very attentive to our individual needs, especially Nhut! Thank you Nhut for looking after us - you are a treasure and a real asset to this hotel.

A lot of fun in Ho Chi Minh- Saigon

The hotel Des Arts is stunning! We had a great time there , the staff super friendly and mostly
Nhut at the lobby he was so nice and gave us a lot of information where to go and where to find souvenirs for our grandchildren. We enjoyed his expertise and his assistance.
