Haben unsere Hochzeitsreise in Vietnam verbracht und die letzten Tage unserer Reise im Hotel des Arts verbracht. Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen ausgezeichnet und für unseren Honeymoon wurden wir auch mit ein paar tollen Upgrades überrascht. Besonders der Concierge Andrew war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unseren Ausflügen in Saigon sehr gut beraten. Vielen Dank! Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
Einzig negativer Punkt war für mich, dass das Personal fast ausschließlich auf meinen Mann zukam (bei Zahlungen und Organisatorischem) obwohl das Hotel auf meinen Namen gebucht war und der Kontakt vorab ausschließlich über mich lief . Das fiel mir auch im Service beim Frühstück oder im Restaurant auf. Es scheint, dass in diesem Hotel wohl noch ein sehr konservatives Frauenbild herrscht. In anderen Hotels in Vietnam war das nicht der Fall. Hier würde ich mir wünschen dass sich das ändert. Trotzdem 10/10 da sonst alles top war.

- The hotel is absolutely stunning
- The beds were incredibly comfortable
- The doormen were super attentive and even single handedly took care of our check-out procedure
- The view from the social club rooftop bar is beautiful
- On arrival, we were the only ones not to get a welcome drink.
- There is no nice lounge/designated waiting area, just a round sofa in the middle of the reception hall.
- The restaurant is nice but quite overpriced for what you get (side dishes even cost extra).
- We came to the social club rooftop in 2024 as non guests and absolutely loved it. This time, as we sat down, a member of the staff borderline chased us down to the table to verify if we were guests of the hotel…. This time the answer was yes, but the interaction was still uncomfortable. The music was also way too loud and club-like (not in a good way).
- It’s the only hotel we visited in Vietnam (we stayed in more than 10) that doesn’t include breakfast.
- Our room card was deactivated 20min before checkout, which we noticed as we were unable to take the elevator up to the room to pack. Never experienced this in a 5 star hotel, definitely didn’t make us feel welcome.
- No one asked us about our stay or interacted with us during check out (except the great doormen), we were basically just told to sit on the sofa to wait for our car.
