Needs some TLC
Pros:

Convenient location just off the highway

Cons:

There are some maintenance issues that should be addressed here. A door in the pool room with a broken hinge. Loose tiles around the spa have been replaced with whatever they could press into the opening. Our room microwave and alarm clock looked to be 40 years old.

Pros:

Great room. Very comfortable.

Cons:

No maid service the whole stay. Trash kept piling up. No fresh towels. Very rarely ever saw hotel staff. Needed coffee maker in room. And a spare blanket for the couch would have been nice.

And the pool and hot tub were out of order

Cons:

Stafford, Maine pool hot tub didn’t work and it was dirty and just to have waffles for breakfast and make it a complementary meal is stupid

It was a great value. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The property lived up to the other ratings. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. Half way between Fargo ND and the Twin Cities it was a great place to stop on my way home. Great value!

The owner is heavily involved in day to day operations. They were attentive, kind, and handled what could have been a tough situation very well

Pool heater was broken and breakfast was poor.
Pros:

Location is right off the interstate.

Cons:

We were not told upon check in that the pool heater was broken. (Only a note on the pool door) Went to take our girls swimming the next morning and the water was freezing. The breakfast was a bare minimum with all the bananas being brown, yogurt was frozen, and bagels were rock hard. The choices for cereal and muffins were not your average choices so the kids wouldn't eat anything. The room was also poorly cleaned. Wrappers and candy left from previous guests.

We were disappointed
Pros:

Quiet . Clean room.

Cons:

Booked this motel specifically to use the pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool and hot tub were not available. The heater for the water was not working. Wish I had been informed of this in time to cancel. (Before arriving)
