Starbucks cafe downstairs had fantastic staff …. First class!
The bird shit all over the main reception/bar area windows and roofs outside was really unnecessary …. THIS AREA CAN BE PROTECTED FROM THIS AND SHOULD BE … IT LOOKS WHAT IT IS - SHIT!!! Disgusting
Attached to the Denver airport for travel ease. Excellent dining & extremely comfortable rooms.
The bathroom could have had double sinks for the size.
Vriendelijkheid personeel. Heerlijk genoten van het zwembad en de whirlpool. Prima bedden. Lekker dichtbij het vliegveld (op loopafstand). Totaal geen geluidsoverlast van de vliegtuigen. Alles was lekker schoon
Eten in het restaurant. Sommige gerechten waren slecht tot middelmatig. Ik bestelde duurste stuk biefstuk (tenderloin) en daar zat vet in, wat niet door te bijten was en ik dus moest uitspugen. De Mexicaanse gerechten waren het smakelijkst. Een aantal personeelsleden waren chagrijnig terwijl anderen super leuk waren.

I thought I would like the fact that it was close to the airport but with minimal signs and the time of night, had it not been for a construction worker to guide me I would still be looking for it.
The staff is undertrained and in fear of learning about their responsibilities. The person checking in after me had a gun case, lots of hunters coming to CO this time of year.There was no bell hop, they called security to guide me to my room while I waited. The security personnel pulled Tim aside and reminded him that he might want to inquire exactly what was in the gun case. Tim could not be bothered to do so. While I’m waiting for the security staff who was in her 36 week of pregnancy to insist she Cary my bags, Tim asked what kind of wine I would like as I did ask if it wasn’t too late. Tim did nothing with that information. Guess he just wanted a chat.
Comfortable beds-great location for early flight.
Staff was not knowledgable or friendly. No wifi included in $450 price. No breakfast for early flights (if it’s an airport hotel-5am please). Only one robe for a two person room.
Got rerouted to weather delay. Had to pay high rate due to situation. Found big commercial air blower running in the roomed checked into. I knew how to disconnect it as staff was obviously limited.
No big blower in room. No waiting in long check-in line due to one person doing check-ins. Room service that was extremely limited and late while everything else shut down and of course inflated rate tied to the situation.
Nothing at all.
After 10 hours on a plane when we got to the hotel we were bumped out of our room. Instead we had to go to a Holiday Inn an Uber ride away. But why? A so-called Manager, Ms L Sauce gets special mention for giving NO useful information or reasons as to why our room was not available. Totally unacceptable.

Su booking abbiamo fatto prenotazione con prima colazione. Per loro non era inclusa e non c'è l'hanno data. Per fortuna booking ci ha fatto un accredito da spendere in futuro altrove.
We had an early flight and it only took 5 minutes to get to the check in desk
Despite paying in advance through Booking.com we appear to have been charged an extra £74.23, despite only sleeping in the hotel. They said they would e-mail me a receipt, I never received one and have no idea why I was charged anything.

Unfortunately we arrived around midnight just as the bar was closing. The nice bartender served us a drink but no food. We chose this hotel because it had all night room service, however by the time we were able to order there were only 2 cold wraps available - no hot food. It was a long day and we hoped for a little better supper but it was better than nothing.
