Cons:

Nous avons été déçu par le personnel à l’accueil et une personne en particulier (un homme)
Une dame nous a appelé le matin de notre départ pour nous signaler que nous avions oublié une poche de fromage/charcuterie (de qualité). Quand ma compagne s’est rendue sur place, ce monsieur s’est montré insistant et désagréable, signalant que c’était la seule poche de fromage qu’il avait avec lui. Il a donc donné à ma compagne le fromage d’une autre chambre.
Résultat : nous n’avons pas le nôtre et par sa faute une autre chambre n’aura pas également son fromage
Cette personne n’est pas censé connaître l’endroit où elle travaille et la présence des frigidaires ?
Espérons que cela sera reprit avec lui, car ça gâche notre expérience au sein de votre établissement

It was very old school but comfortable. They upgraded us to a suite which included a little sitting area that was great for our luggage.

Cons:

It's minor, but the elevator is really small - just barely enough room for the two of us and our two suitcases.
