No me gustó nada porque no pude utilizar mi habitación.

Cons:

Al ser extranjero no me permitieron realizar el check-in. Me parece que a estas alturas impedir que un cliente extranjero vaya a tu hotel es muy grave.
Tras más de 15 años viajando por el mundo, jamás me había sucedido algo así.

The hotel is good but the night manager does not reply regularly, the room given was also very bad, the air conditioner was not working and even after complaining, I completed it twice but was not given a good room

Cons:

He said that if you book in case then you get a good room, similar room is available online, now whatever money you have paid, you will get the same room, we had gone there earlier but its price was high, hence we booked online.

Amazing stay. Would definitely recommend

It's situated very close to NID. It's the closest hotel actual, just across the road. I went there for my situation test. Stay was nice, and the staff were helpful. Accommodating our needs for breakfast and making sure everything goes smoothly. Rooms are also clean and good.

Cons:

Some of the lights weren't working, and AC had some issues too, but we went in March, so the weather was fine. It was not much of a problem. Though it might be for anyone who is not accommodating to heat.

A trial from beginning to end.
Pros:

The hotel had a power outage during my stay which left the staff operating like headless chickens. I endured no hot water, no wifi, no room service and the utter stupidity of reception staff for the duration of my stay. In the past, Hotel Aaram has established itself as a reliable budget hotel - what happened?
